These are the 10 hybrid rares for Guild Wars, a Ravnica based set. All have art except for Storm Dragon. So if you know of any good art for such a card, please share it. Storm Dragon also needs a "legendary name". Thanks and enjoy!
Artax, Urban Tactician (Rare) 3(W/U)(W/U)
Legendary Creature - Human Soldier
3/3
As long as an opponent controls a creature with flying, each creature you control has flying. The same is true for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, trample, and vigilance.
Vow of Silence (Rare) (W/U)(W/U)(W/U)
Legendary Enchantment
At the beginning of your end step, draw a card.
When you cast a spell, sacrifice Vow of Silence.
Hellbinder (Rare) (B/R)(B/R)(B/R)
Legendary Creature - Avatar

Hellbinder can't block.
Hellbinder gets -1/-1 for each card in defending player’s hand.
Mind Vise (Rare) (B/R)(B/R)
Legendary Enchantment
At the beginning of each player’s upkeep, Mind Vise deals X damage to that player, where X is the difference between the number of cards in that player’s hand and the number of cards in your hand.
Herda, Loxodon Champion (Rare) 3(G/W)(G/W)
Legendary Creature - Elephant Knight
5/5
Herda, Loxodon Champion can’t be blocked by more than one creature.
Vigilance
Herda, Loxodon Champion can block an additional creature each combat.
Storm Dragon (Rare) (U/R)(U/R)
Legendary Creature - Dragon
4/4
Flash
Flying
You can’t cast Storm Dragon unless two or more instant and/or sorcery spells were cast this turn.
Duplicate (Rare) (U/R)(U/R)(U/R)
Instant
Copy any number of target instant and/or sorcery spells. You may choose new targets for the copies.
The Reaping Willow (Rare) (B/G)(B/G)(B/G)
Legendary Creature - Plant Horror
1/5
Whenever damage is dealt to or dealt by The Reaping Willow, you gain that much life and each opponent loses that much life.
Death Begets Life (Rare) 3(B/G)(B/G)
Legendary Enchantment
Whenever a creature dies, put a bone counter on Death Begets Life.
At the beginning of your end step, you may return to your hand target creature card with converted mana cost equal to or less than the number of bone counters on Death Begets Life.
I'm pretty sure that Duplicate goes infinite, because it can copy it's self infinitely, then copy other spells as well.
Spells can't target themselves. So its not a issue, of course multiple copies are a problem but probably not a significant problem.
I don't like the thought of an Artax on both sides of the field. It would function better as a trigger, usually at combat, but is acceptable even as is. 4/4 is very large for a human, most cap at 3/3, there can always be an exception but do you want/need this to be one? Not really a blue effect, but I think you've said you treat hybrid as normal multicolor, in which case I strongly object, and you are free to ignore. Most of your designs are this way but I won't mention it again.
Vow of Silence, I really like this arena, the draw back is very real but you are almost assured to get at least one draw from it.
Hellbinder, this is a beautiful combination of abilities. A frighteningly perfect design, altering any portion would ruin the value of the card.
Mind Vise, math confuses people, I wish it didn't but it does. Other than that a nice way to encourage hellbent and a unique twist on the Rack effects. It would fit better in color if it dealt damage rather than loss of life.
Herda, Loxodon Champion, I want to see another ability on this card, I don't think it actually needs it but it would look better with trample.
Indomitability,Indestructibility makes me question whether the triple hybrid is enough to both lower the cost and add two very relevant abilities.
Storm Dragon, I like the thought of the winner of a counter war is this dragon rather than either player.
Duplicate, my only problem here is the name. Duplicate feels too simple for what this card does. It feels weird how everyone else gets two legends, but without the technology of legendary instant/sorcery this is the guild that would get the spell over permanent.
The Reaping Willow, I love this card. And it will haunt my nightmares for a while. It could stand to be a 2/5 or 1/6, but that has more to do with the rest of the set, including the amount of burn base removal(if you have a common spell that deals 5 damage I would bump this to 6) and how much it deals and the density of 5 power creatures an/or 1 an 2 toughness creatures.
Death Begets Life, I'm not certain but I feel this could cost 4.

...but I think you've said you treat hybrid as normal multicolor, in which case I strongly object, and you are free to ignore. Most of your designs are this way but I won't mention it again.
I don't treat hybrid as normal multicolor. I think the biggest offender is by far Reaping Willow, which will probably wind up being gold. Which cards do you think should not be hybrid whatsoever?
Artax - power/toughness reduced from 4/4 to 3/3. I drew from Escaped Shapeshifter and Odric, Lunarch Marshal for inspiration if not justification. That being said, it's definitely pushing the limits of hybrid and may wind up being gold.
Herda - Originally had trample, but it already favors green with the original ability, so I left it off. Plus, I want her to be a little more interesting in combat than "deh tramplerz".
Indomitability - It could be gold sure (any hybrid card could), but I think that since it's only protecting a creature, it's safe in monogreen.
Mind Vice - Great point. Fixed to deal damage. And yes, it's using up a few complexity points, but my set is on the simple side so there's plenty of room for it.
Duplicate - The name is a placeholder. I'm open to suggestions.
Artax is a monowhite effect with no blue justification
Vow of Silence is a monoblue card with no white justification
Mind Vise dealing damage gives it justification for being red, but it's not really a red effect.
Indomidability wouldn't be mono green, it's not actually an offender it's just not the type of card green gets. Flash is the main problem, green gets it on creatures, and any color can get it when the effect needs it, and this card is neither. Flash is strictly a power bonus.
The reapeing willow is only vaguely green in flavor. With a very black effext.
Escaped shapehifter is an old odd card that was capturing the function of a clone in a unique way. Ability sharing is currently only on white.
What part besides flavor is white? It's a card drawing enchantment with life loss it would be black, with a reliance on creatures it would be green; with neither it is blue. It is firmly outside both white and red as the two colors that lack card draw, white has been gaining it recently but only when ties directly to white things, and while rule setting is white, this draw back is only flavored as rule setting.
I will admit my knowledge of reds dabbling in this area was flawed.
As I said the main problem is flash. Neither color gets flash on noncreatures unless they have an effect that requires flash to function, while an argument can be made that this 'needs' Flash because it's a survival spell, it is a hard sell. That and a slight power level concern, simple indestructible costs 4, adding two relevant and powerful abilities doesn't seem reasonable when lowering the cost even if you make it harder to cast.
I'm gonna go through and explain my drive-by posting from earlier.
Artax: Ability sharing (under various conditions) has shown up in every color except red. Twice in white, twice (conditionally) in black, once in green, once in blue (source).
Similar abilities (eg copying activated abilities) have shown up twice in mono black, once in mono blue, once on a colorless card, one grixis, and one simic (source).
You could probably argue it's generally a white ability, but certainly not exclusively. With blue's history of clones and battlefield manipulation, I'd support Artax as gold.
Vow of Silence should be gold, if only because mono white isn't really supposed to get card draw.
Mind Vise: Dealing damage based on cards in hand have been red (and occasionally black) abilities for about as long as I've been playing the game, eg Runeflare Trap. If I was going to change it, I'd make it conditional on your opponent having more cards than you, rather than just a difference in card number. Drawing your entire deck and burning all opponents would be funny, but probably against the spirit of the card.
Herda's size/efficiency make me think she should be gold. She's pushing up on mono-green base size, with three abilities that can show up individually on green creatures or white creatures. Like, Sun Titan is six mana for 6/6 with vigilance and one very good ability, and most big white cards cost more than titan.
Indomitability is the same, in the sense that it could probably be green or white (or black) in concept, but as currently printed it needs to be gold because it's better than curve. Also, while white can get flash, it doesn't as often as green, so the card feels more green and white than green or white.
I just went back over the list, and I support Willow going gold.
Also, because I didn't mention them before, Death Begets Life and Duplicate seem like they don't need changing, Storm Dragon feels exciting and is on color but I'd want to see it tested first to confirm power, and Hellbinder is probably my favourite card on the list.

“Tell me who you walk with, and I'll tell you who you are.” Esmeralda Santiago Art is life itself.
Duplicate - The name is a placeholder. I'm open to suggestions.
I'm not sold on it yet but reduplicate has a redundancy feel that fits well with the Izzet, though being the Izzet a horrible butchering of the English language might fit better. Blustersquall, Electrickery, Gelectrode, Teleportal, Vacuumelt; the Izzet love their horrible pun like names.
Artax - I consider it to be innovation rather than violation. Heck, it's actually more blue than white.
Vow of Silence - I'm comfortable with white getting card draw at a real cost (tempo loss) from a legendary enchantment that plays (mechanically) very much like a colorless artifact.
Herda - After looking into it, 5/5 is the right size for 5cmc Herda. White really doesn't have many fatties unless they're really expensive. Heck, even green only has a handful of 6/6's for 5cmc and they aren't at all splashy. If she were mythic and not already bleeding an ability (from green to white), I would maximize her potential, but I need some (what you might call) "rare caliber" legends for the set, and she's still pretty sweet as a 5/5.
Indomitability - It's a legendary enchantment so of course it's going to be better than curve.
EDIT: The replacement for Reaping Willow is
Uthrax, Broodlord of Something (Rare) 2(B/G)(B/G)
Legendary Creature - Elder Insect
0/8
Defender T, Sacrifice an Insect: Create a number of 1/1 black and green Insect creature tokens equal to the sacrificed creature’s power plus its toughness.
I don't think Vow of Silence should be mono white. A mono white deck shouldn't be able to draw an extra card every turn they have, even with a drawback like this.
Storm Dragon is really cool. Surprisingly easy to cast.

Vow of Silence - What exactly about this card isn't white?
Mind Vise - Storm World, Bulwark, Dark Suspicions, Shrieking Affliction, and others tell me that if cards like The Rack, Black Vice, Cursed Rack, and others were assigned to a color or two, those colors would be black and red.
Indomitably - Black might be slightly more mechanically on target for this effect, but it's well within green's slice of the pie.
Reaping Willow - I can already tell ya it's going to wind up being gold.
