Crumbling Will2BB
Enchantment
At the beginning of each end step, each player who has discarded seven or more cards this turn loses the game.
Exile a card from your hand: Lose 2 life. Any player may activate this ability. Despite my reputation, my ability to break human minds is often dwarfed by what humans can do to themselves.

Everybody knows that alternate win conditions are popular and lead to interesting deckbuilding, but what if the alternate win condition wasn't even the star of the show? Such cards rarely fail to draw attention (and answers) in EDH, so I decided to throw the "out" into the design itself...for a price.
This is such an unreasonably specific use that it would never be printed. On top of that, when it is functioning properly it is frighteningly weak, and can't even trigger off of discarding to hand size. This all culminates in a disappointment. This card is literally Megrim/Liliana's Caress except more expensive and the downside of ignoring the first 6 cards discarded each turn. Even at three life I'm certain you would prefer to have either of those cards in play over this one when you start wheeling.
Yes, the various "damage on discard" cards demonstrate that four mana is way overcosted for this effect, especially when it has a drawback. I will commend the flavor, however.

You'd better off with megrim, which isn't that great of a card.
