Sword of Mist and Miasma3
Artifact - Equipment
Equipped creature has protection from blue and from black.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand, then that player discards a card.
Equip 2
+2/+2
Sword of Life and Liberty3
Artifact - Equipment
Equipped creature has protection from red and from green.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, create that many 1/1 green Saproling creature tokens, then exile that many cards from the top of your library. Until end of turn, you may play cards exiled this way.
Equip 2
+2/+2
Sword of Heaven and Earth3
Artifact - Equipment
Equipped creature has protection from green and from white.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, create a 4/4 white Angel creature token with flying and you gain life equal to the number of lands you control.
Equip 2
+2/+2
As always, when designing Auras or Equipment with static P/T boosts, I like to use my own template wherein the P/T boost is listed in the same box as P/T on creatures and Vehicles.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Sword of Life & Liberty is waayy 2 strong. Creatin tokenz equal to danage ? This gets outa control. The second trigger too. I would understand exiling 2 cards only. But again equal to damage-value could too easily give you 2 much value.
I'd just reduce both triggers to 2.
That would be a nice & strong card then.
Sword of Heaven & Earth makin a whole Angel off 1 trigger is also overpowered. Just compare with Sword of Body & Mind makin a 2/2.
Maybe instead turnin 1 creature into a 4/4 white flyin Angel ?
The second trigger is a bit weak, but probably oK.
Sword of Mist & Miasma is well done. Though i would make random discards off of second trigger.
Sword of Mist and Miasma feels the most like the real swords. It's certainly very powerful, generating card advantage on hits, and it has the fun (for you, not your opponent) payoff of being very strong removal if you can whittle your opponent's hand away.
Sword of Heaven and Earth is on the strong-side. Making a large, evasive body that can hold the sword is a big upside. Having a relatively weak other half is appropriate to balance that, but I agree with EasyLover than the Angel is probably too big of a payoff, Moonsilver Spear is the appropriate comparison here.
Sword of Life an Liberty is too extreme, it's generating at minimum two bodies and two cards per hit, scaling up fantastically on anything larger than 0 power.
I especially like when the two effects can combine into a better effect. Your Sword of Mist and Miasma is great that way, and I like the new Sword of Truth and Justice for the same reason. Here's my take on the red/green sword:
Sword of Assault and Battery3
Artifact - Equipment
Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has protection from red and from green.
When equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, you may put three +1/+1 counters on target noncreature land you control, if you do that land becomes a 0/0 creature that's still a land. Then, you may have a creature you control fight another target creature.
Equip 2
As for Life and Liberty, originally I went for just two tokens and two exiled cards. I didn't want Life and Liberty looking too poor next to Fire and Ice or Body and Mind. Guess I overshot.

So Sword of Body and Mind already makes tokens. It's maybe not THE strongest cycle member but it's still damn good. I don't think I'd be comfortable with any token made by a Sword directly outclassing the Wolf, for both balance and design reasons.
Maybe have Sword of Heaven and Earth create a 1/1 white Spirit with flying instead of the angel? Smaller body than wolf from Body & Mind but has evasion instead.

The difficulty with designing the swords, I feel, lies in keeping the effects feeling unique. Discard a card has been done before. Life gain has been done on two swords (Light and Shadow, War and Peace), but differently enough so that it still feels unique (flat versus conditional). That said, I do not think that three token making swords and three life gain swords are needed. My suggestions are as follows -
Mist and Miasma: Give the black side a sacrifice effect (before or after bounce, not sure which would be better) and I think it would be good
Life and Liberty: The red effect is nice, though limit it in some way to keep it in check. Green could fight, or deal damage to another creature like Rabid Bite. Alternatively, you make this one land interactive, with red destroying a (non-basic?) land and green recurring a land from your gy
Heaven and Earth: Perhaps making the white side a flicker or exile effect would work here as neither have been done yet, while green could animate a land
