MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
One of the costs should go up by 1. I’m just not sure if it’s the casting or the equip. As is its a little to quick and efficient. It highly likely you could cast a 1 drop, cast this and equip turn two attack on an opponents clear board, then use the Treasure to cast another 1 drop.

I agree. I like this one but think it needs to go up at least 1 somewhere. My initial thought was that this should be a colored artifact since I can’t really see it fitting into White. Green already has a ton of ramp so I, personally, don’t think it deserves any more. Blue has a bit too many unblockables this can be leveraged with.
I think at 2+1 this loses too much of it's constructed appeal. You guys have to consider that in order for a card such as this to be playable you have to commit to a play style that involves cheap, maybe evasive, creatures and that by itself is a liability. Such decks will require really pushed payoffs (aka Curious Obsession, Light Up the Stage, Benalish Marshal) in order to see any glimpse of play and this is far from too pushed.

This only really goes into aggro. Seriously who wouldn’t equip this to Healers Hawk ,Faire Seer, Goblin Guide? Llanowar Elves makes stompy viable due to accelerating mana. This equipment very nearly mimics that +damage. The only way this card is bad is if you miss land drops, but it helps fix that somewhat in the meantime.

Agree, the deck building constraint forces this to be played in aggro, which already justify the card being on the pushed side.
But even in aggro, I'm not sure I would commit 4 slots to this. Compared to a Savannah Lions this card is less consistent (if you draw this and no other one drop you have a dead card), riskier (if your creature eats removal before attacking and while equipped you just lost turn 2) and it's slower (even if you connect on turn 2 and play another one drop, that's 3 cards for 5 power on the table which is not faster then triple 1 drops or just as fast a 1 drop + 2 drop but using one extra card).
I'm not saying the card is not good. It is but it's far from "slam 4 in all aggro decks". It's more like in the "worth testing" territory imo. At 1+2 this bad limited fodder and nothing else.
