You have no maximum hand size.
At the beginning of your draw step, draw an additional card. Then, if you have 20 or more cards in your hand, you win the game.
Wondering what the right number for the cards in hand requirement is. Erred on the higher side, but hard for me to say what's right. Obviously, something you would want to test, but any ideas?
Twenty is a lot, other go to numbers would be 15 because 5 and 14 as double the starting hand size. Though it's really hard to evaluate as this is technically difficult for the opponent to disrupt and some cards let you draw a lot.

That's why I erred on the high side. I figured it's the kind of alt win effect you don't want to be super strong in-and-of-itself, but as more of a bonus on an already decent value card to close out the game if you really go off. Not something you build your deck to really rely on, but more give you a little inevitability.
14 seems low as it is; it could be do-able if you added something like "Whenever you;re dealt damage, if you have 1 or more cards in hand, discard that many cards instead"
Or even go super deep and make it draw 2, and add "if you have no cards in hand, you lose the game" ontop.
