Here are two of the Commanders for my upcoming Commander deck series! I am designing 5 ally colored custom decks and around 81 new cards to go alongside them. Tell me what you think!
Ulgtha, Cursed Lich3UB
Legendary Creature - Zombie Wizard (M)
During each turn, you may cast up to one Aura spell from your graveyard, and you may cast Aura's this way as though they have Flash.
Whenever an enchanted creature dies, create a tapped 2/2 black Zombie creature token.
3/4
-- Blue/Black's face card is an Aura-Themed Lich who can cast deadly "boons and curses" from your graveyard each turn, giving this color pair a relatively new an interesting take on the enchantment plan.
Algun, Plunder Profiteer2BR
Legendary Creature - Vampire Pirate (M)
Whenever a creature deals combat damage to an opponent, that creatures controller creates a Treasure Token.
Whenever an opponent sacrifices a Treasure, they lose 1 life and you gain 1 life.
3/3
-- Black/Red continues on being a somewhat aggressive strategy, but this time adding some politics into the mix. If your opponents want the treasure, they'll want to attack eachother. But is it worth the price? Expect treasure, tokens, and sacrifice themes here.
The issue I see with Argun is that your opponent will just wait until Argun is removed to use their treasure tokens with no drawback. Maybe make the penalty when they create a treasure token instead of using it (bonus! it hoses Smothering Tithe more!)

I could see that being the case as well, and despite this I do think that it's an awesome card! It's like Edric but more fair in single player.
I also really like the Lich! At first I thought it was too strong, but then I realized that it's a more narrow Muldrotha in one less color. I like the idea of throwing Auras and Curses at people. You could play this deck in a very grindy way, a voltron strategy, etc.
The Vampire would be interesting if it included dealing damage to creatures.
Psychic vampires (social-psychological parasites) are keen on jocking for social-psychological asset (status, prowess, potential) by means of 'contact' (physical contact—psychological contact); of which they then ascribe to themselves social-psychological assets for.

I am excited to see what else you have in store!
