The "Sacrifice a Spirit" on Thalia seems more white/black than white/blue to me, since white creatures will sacrifice themselves as costs, but not typically other creatures. I think something like "Tap three spirits" would be a more white cost, and maybe add vigilance to the Angel.
Shultz is probably undercosted, considering the amount of energy he generates.
I'd specify activated abilities for Ashling's front side, or this can trigger too easily off something like a Soul Warden. The black side needs a safety valve, or you can chain to kill ever 1 toughness creature in play and weaken something after.
Tomik could probably be buffed with Vigilance, Lifelink and or something else since the ability isn't that strong. You could tweak it to be interesting in commander as "T: Counter target spell or ability that targets a single permanent, unless that permanent's controller has the controller of the spell or ability create a number of Treasure tokens equal to the mana value of the targeted permanent." It longer, but it becomes a much more politically useful ability in commander.
Pure Heart is too niche an ability to need to be keyworded for a set, and most sets don't want to have +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters together so this will likely be in a commander or Modern Horizons like product anyway.
