Hello and welcome to CCC&G's first ever JiJ-style game!
For those of you unfamiliar with the concept, I'll outline the rules below:
The judge submits a card.
Players submit judgements of that card as well as a card of their own (an IIW).
The judge then judges player's judgements. The player with the best judgement's card becomes the next card to judge, and that player judges the next round's judgements!
For those of you unsure how to judge judgements, here is an example rubic. Remember, this is just an example! Feel free to use whichever metrics you like!
Fairness/5: Is the judgement fair? Probably not! Comprehension/5: Did the judge read the card? Have they ever actually played limited before? Style/5: Is the judgement funny? Do you like their IIW? Spite/5: Do you like the poster?
See? Simple! I'll start!
Gale Crow3U
Creature - Bird (R)
Flash
Flying
When Gale Crow enters the battlefield, tap each other creature.
2/3
So, basically, this games is to try to match what the "judge" thinks about his/her own card? Weird.
Judgment: At 4 mana, tapping all the creatures is a fine effect with a bonus. The creature could be a 2/2 IMHO, but won't matter much as it only will be played mainly because of the tapping. Also, perfect rarity: this is a game-winning limited effect.
Niv-Mizzet's Tome5
Legendary Artifact (R)
If you would draw any number of cards, draw that many cards plus one card instead.
Whenever an opponent draws any number of cards, Niv-Mizzet's Tome deals 1 damage to that opponent.
Fairness: It is pretty tappalicious! 5/5 Comprehension: Enough to know it's tappalicious, at the very least. 3/5 Style: I love funny words. 10/5 Spite: Just no. 0/5 Total: 19/20
Judgment - Solid limited card. It's balanced but also unexciting.
IIW:
Balothling :1mana::symg:
Creature - Beast {U}
Cumulative Upkeep - Put a growth counter on Balothling
Balothling is 7/7 with trample as long as there are 6 or more growth counters on it.
2/2
Fairness: IT IS YOU WHO IS UNEXCITING. 1/5 Comprehension: Yeah, I guess . . . 5/5 Style: See? Unexciting. 0/5 Spite: He's okay but doesn't like my card. 4/5 Total: 10/20
Judgment- For 4, I think this is balanced. Great if you have a Royal Assassin out on the field with killing opportunities.
IIW- Cutthroat Lasher- 2B
Creature- Mutant Zombie
Whenever anyone discards a card, that player sacrifice a creature unless they pay (2/B).
3/1
Fairness: You're right! My card is pretty good! 5/5 Comprehension: The man knows his combos. 5/5 Style: Needs more font changes. 3/5 Spite: He likes my card so I like him. 3/5 Total: 16/20

Fairness: Fair is fair, I suppose. 4/5 Comprehension: He's obviously played limited before! 5/5 Style: All the one colour? Boring. 3/5 Spite: Pancho is a pretty cool dude. 4/5 Total: 16/20
Judgement: Bad card is bad. Needs to much investment to be able to do anything. Maybe good for some Johnnies. On another note, this is a 1 CMC, red flying creature... and a 1/1 Dragon (flavorful Liliput and all, yeah, but... Is that really OK?). Also, it has wasted space for flavor text.

Total: 16/20
IIW Stonebound Dwarf
Land Creature - Dwarf Mountain U
1/1
Interesting card, yearns for lure. I feel like it should cost one more mana, but seeing as avatarz made the card, it doesn't surprise me. The rest of this review will be copied from another site to add body to my post. At first, one might wonder why "whenever you draw a card" makes for a compelling trigger at all. Doesn't it function like an upkeep trigger most of the time? What makes this a great Izzet keyword is that it works well with looting, which appears at common in both colors. What's more, it feels like proper mad science: you read a book, and then something exciting happens. While I like the keyword a lot, the actual cards submitted had some problems. Frost Interloper should certainly be gold instead of hybrid for color pie reasons. Mizzium Dragon is exciting, but the potential for chaining draw spells is worrisome. Still, I'm confident that this mechanic, along with some cantrips and looting spells, would make for wacky Izzet fun. Magic: The Gathering (MTG; also known as Magic) is the first collectible card game, created by Richard Garfield and introduced in 1993 by Wizards of the Coast. Magic continues to thrive, with approximately twelve million players as of 2011.[1] Magic can be played by two or more players each using a deck of printed cards or a deck of virtual cards through the Internet-based Magic: The Gathering Online or third-party programs. Each game represents a battle between mighty wizards, known as "planeswalkers", who employ spells, items, and creatures depicted on individual Magic cards to defeat their opponents. Although the original concept of the game drew heavily from the motifs of traditional fantasy role-playing games such as Dungeons & Dragons, the gameplay of Magic bears little similarity to pencil-and-paper adventure games, while having substantially more cards and more complex rules than many other card games. An organized tournament system and a community of professional Magic players has developed, as has a secondary market for Magic cards. Magic cards can be valuable due to their rarity and utility in game play. Interesting card, yearns for lure. Enchant Creature
Flash
Whenever enchanted creature blocks, put 2 -1/-1 counters on each creature it's blocking
Totem Armor
My god Cardz, why use a review of one of my cards on another site?
avatarz's card is simply bad design. It is clean and flavorful, but mechanically it's terrible. Red should not get cheap fliers like this (Bird Maiden) and rampage is a bad mechanic. In addition, why would two fliers (you need two fliers, not two ground blockers) block this? This is just a 1/1. #bandswithotherblueartifacts
IIW:
Mizzium Dragon4UR
Creature - Dragon (R)
Flying Knowledge - Whenever you draw a card, you may cast an instant or sorcery spell from your hand without paying it's mana cost.
4/4 They are Niv-Mizzet's servants, or as he calls them, "extensions of the mind".

Fairness/5: 2/5 "Bad card is bad" is a bad note to start any critique off with and "Needs to much investment to be able to do anything" is an overreaction considering that a single lure can make this a one sided wipe for flyers Comprehension/5: 5/5 you seem to have a basic grasp of the card which is good Style/5: 3/5 uses condescension to make this appear humorous, but falls flat in places. IIW card is decent Spite/5: 3/5 meh. 13/20

Fairness/5: 5/5 Judging is fair Comprehension/5: 3/5 judge seems to have read the card, but has incorrectly identified a dragon as a midget Style/5: 1/5 using a critique rubric to grade a card can cause confusion, and IIW is simply a planeshifted existing card, and lacks a color indicator Spite/5: 4/5 user is fine, don't really know them all that well 13/20
