Hmm a non-blue leviathan with an unnecessary hybrid symbol? I understand red is there to account for haste, but why black? Berserk is a very reddish ability as well. Im afraid it's unflavorful and unelegant, and not that interesting. 3/10

Vireas = 8 Nicely designed in flavor, but just not a very good card except for limited settings. Sure you could block a bunch of creatures, but you will only kill 2 per block. This would be quite defensive, but pretty expensive for a moratorium on attacking.
War of the Roses :2mana::symr::symw:
Sorcery
Deal 5 colorless damage to all creatures, then each player choses red or white and puts a 5/5 Knight token of that color into play. Toward the end of the war each faction chose a champion from the Order of the Rose.
Forgot to do this before sorry:6/10 Has lots of great flavor and great mock up art, but unrealistic casting cost for ability. Yeah its symetrical destruction, but it's no wrath or damnation. Too much easy damage prevention/regeneration in white for this spell to be too cheap. Nice variation on wrath though, I could see the 5 colorless damage by itself geting printed monored at maybe 1RRR in some future set. Also great for multi-player.

Lightning Wasps. 6/10. It's a great card except I think you over-did it by adding the "put into play tapped and attacking" ability. Unless i'm missing something, when exactly will you use this ability especially the creature already has Flash, Split second, Flying and haste in the first place and the fact you have to sacrifice a permanent and still pay :symg::symg::symg:. Maybe if you remove the sacrifice cost of the ability then I'd reconsider and give it a 8/10 at the very least. Even then the ability kinda makes it redundant.

Firewood Ranger: 8/10. Nice work! I think this is an interesting card, and its damage ability is cool. Not sure if it needs that haste ability for the cost. How about some flavor text?
Since Puce Moose didn't assign the next task (which i'm guilty of as well in my last post) I'll rate the last card then post another.
Mantis Shrimp. 8/10. Solid card. First strike seems out of flavor for blue though. You don't see that many first strike blue creatures. Also, since its creature type is a beast i'm not entirely convinced that the name Mantis Shrimp conveys that.
Acolyte of Night :1mana::symu::symb: Legendary Creature – Human Wizard

9/10. Seems valid, but I can't think of a reason why it's legendary. If you provided some flavor text, or gave it in unison with some other cards, the supertype might make more sense.

Interesting, was Memnarch tranformed into Mirrodin's Core? I like what you have done with grandeur and other legendary cards. It seems a little confusing as to why Memnarch would become a legendary artifact, but I never followed the stories too well. 8/10
Cannibalistic Giant Troll :4mana::symr::symr:
Creature - Troll Giant
Discard a Troll, Giant, or Goblin: Regenerate. Grandeur - Discard another card named Cannibalistic Giant Troll: Cannibalistic Giant Troll gets +6/+6 until end of turn.
6/6
9/10. Very nice. You really nailed it with the grandeur on a nonlegendary creature. I'd give it a 10/10 but i think you should have made it black or black/red, don't you think.
Hidden Springs
Land
:1mana:: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
:2mana:: Regenerate target permanent.
:3mana:: Draw a card.
Hidden Springs: I don't really like this card - it only filters mana, but it's a complete BOMB in U/B control - more than Urza's Factory - especially with the better Treasure Trove ability. Also, it doesn't really fit what a land should do. 6/10.
Cowardly Bearer :2mana::symw:
Creature- Human Flagbearer
Whenever a spell or ability an opponent controls is put onto the stack, if that spell or ability could target a Flagbearer in play but doesn't, that opponent changes one of its targets to a Flagbearer.
:symw:: Until end of turn, Cowardly Bearer isn't a Flagbearer.
:symtap:: Target creature becomes a Flagbearer until end of turn.
1/3
Next: A black creature with an alternate play cost.
Edit: Forgot to rate again, sorry about that getting this thread confused with the request one. Anyway I'll give you a 6/10. The card is cleary spike worthy since you can effectivly counter a spell that targets a creature a turn. However, I have to knock you down points for the color bleed since changing creature types is a very blue ability. You could of easily stayed in color and maintained the same effect by having the tap cost W to activate and make the creature gain protection from a color of your choice. This would effectivly be the same thing as what you already have.
Mind Ripper BBB
Creature-Thrull
You may discard two cards instead of playing Mind Rippers casting cost.
Whenever Mind Ripper deals combat damage to a player they discard a card at random.
2/2
Mind Ripper. 8/10. A decent card. Not sure though how powerful the random discard might be. Hypnotic Specter has evasion which makes its discard ability so dangerous. I have one nitpick: alternate costs not involving mana usually still involves the color in some way (i.e. Force of Will - discard a blue card; Shining Shoal - discard a white card) or a basic land (i.e. Snag - discard a forest; Gush - return two Islands to your hand; Rouse - if you control a swamp).
Izzet Magewright :xmana::symu::symr:
Creature - Human Wizard
When Izzet Magewright comes into play from your hand target player puts the top Y cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard where Y is the number of blue mana used to play this spell.
