So... it's like, everything is gone for two turns? I'm sure there's a reason to cast this card, but I can't figure it out. Maybe... other suspended cards???
C'mon, Megiddo, you have better imagination than that:

Like I said, I can only go by my own experience, which is now 18 years. Kind of disheartening when you think you know something and you find out that you're a notch below a low grade moron.
Place three -5/-5 counters on target creature. 3: Remove a counter.
Target creature gets exiled until all counters are removed
When Creature comes back it has Haste and two +4/+2 counters, remove one each turn unless you pay 3

So you saw a piece of art with a lock in it and you've decided to make a card that locks down the game. Makes sense I guess, and I enjoyed the quote in the flavour text quite a bit. However five color is hardly the right way for this card. first off, it's really just blue and white. Secondly, a control deck that has access to five colors needs a lockdown card before it has the full mana base, not after. I'm also not a fan of the power level. It's too expensive and the lockdown is too extensive for anyone to do anything useful with it.

0: Untap enchanted permanent. Activate this ability only once each turn.
It's stronger than Freed From the Real, without a good reason. this card is ten times more flexible than a card like it should be. It can be used as accelerator, an enabler to quite a few creatures. It's only a problem in limited, but that's dangerous enough for me, and the only way it could have been redeemed is if it was more interesting in it's design, which it's not. Nice name, though

It's been a while since I've seen a Rhystic card. There is a reason why they were never very popular, you know. Glittering Lynx did see some play, though, which makes me think it should probably be more winnie oriented to be considered good. totem armor
"What need have I for action when my love will protect me?"
This is a very cool twist on totem armor, but I fear totem armor is not enough of a disadvantage to allow a two mana discount for Arrest, especially since without attacking or blocking, the odds the creature will be destroyed are much lower. I think 1W will be just fine. Great connection between art, mechanic and name via the flavour text.

I'm impressed. There is a lot more than meets the eye in this card. You get to protect your favourate card at the cost of having one less of that card. If Surreal Meditation was kicked put the rest of the cards on the top of your library in any order instead.
It's a weird, complicated card-drawer, that suffers from the fact the kicker can backfire, making me wonder why bother with it instead of just playing Divination and getting just about the same effect. It's not really letting you dig for the card you need, so what's the point?

Wrong colors. Actually blue can probably do this on it's own, but I think blue-black if you insist on multicolor. The card fits the art only in the fact that the card's name has the word heart in it and the art shows a lock over someones heart. Really, I'm not a fan.
