Haha, that's what I was afraid of. When I read the op last night I got so excited when I read we could participate I went straight to designing cards. Oh well... hrm...
In that cast I'll delete my other post and repost it here.

A bit of thought on the flavor of a prison based world. I really like the flavor of white being facist and obsessed with maintaining the status quo. That shows the extreme of white's love of laws and order and even villifies it a bit, which I think is good for white. However, this would lead to designing cards that focus on stopping players from doing things, grinding things to a halt.
A problem I encountered when trying to design an Iconic white rare for a prison is that I wanted to make a creature who's job it was to keep the other player from doing things. It makes sense flavorfully and mechanically, but if all of white is supposed to be based around this, it might make games stagnant. I would like help finding a way to make white more proactive in this setting.

Considering this is Prison World, I'd imagine white would get a mix of Boros-esque enforcers and Azorious-like jailers.
What do yall think about titling the prison Dungeonfel to provide a unique descriptor for card names - i.e. Dungeonfel Bats, Dungeonfel Warden, Dungeonfel Rats, Dungeonfel Flower Shop, etc?
What about the Bonus from Round 2? Are we talking about it and deciding anything anywhere? Numerous people brought up flavor ideas and I think it might be a lack of structure as to where and how we decide things that kept people from discussing most of them.

Oh, what's that you say, Karn? You remove poison counters? You should tell that to Mr. Rosewater.
1. Name of the game: Optional
2. Description of the game: Required (Include all details here. Is it elimination? How many people can play? And, most importantly, what is the game?)
3. Co-host: (Leave blank if you don't have one yet)
4. Availability: Required (e.g., "I can run the game in February or March")
TDD: The Top Down Design Game
The Top Down Design Game is about designing cards based on accredited artwork
All that’s needed to signup is a thumbnail of accredited artwork Each designer will be assigned to a group
Each round, each group will be assigned a different piece of artwork selected by a host from the signups
Starts January 1st
Ends January 28-31
Seven Rounds
Each round is four days Two days to design
Two days to judge
Twenty eight total days with remaining monthly days to provide a margin
Each round a group will be assigned to critique each card of a different group
To keep judging simple, each design will judged on a scale of 1 to 10 Textual critiques are encouraged but not required
Each designer who misses a round but has not officially withdrawn will receive a score of 0/10 The designer with the highest score at the end of the competition wins
In the cast of a tie at the end of the competition, there will be a tie breaker round
The primary criteria of every round is the design in relation to the artwork.
Would you have time to run in February, Legend? I think Ninja Caterpie has a game he is going to host for January.
I should be able to back-up host whenever.
February should be okay. I won't know for sure until near the end of the month of January. GM, back up hosting would be appreciated. Your game looks cool Ninja - I knocked on the front door!
No the entries are due tonight at midnight EST still. I miscalculated when the poll was supposed to close (it closes N days from the time you make it, which was at a weird hour). Thus, from the timestamp of this post you still have just under 14 hours to submit.
If you want to vote, just do it in a post. Sorry.
EDIT: I just added an extra day to the poll, so feel free to continue voting.
So I noticed that arbitraryarmor is submitting an entry for Flamingo Shui, which he is also hosting. I don't mean to put him on the spot, it doesn't say anywhere that you can't do that, but I don't think the point system is currently set up to handle that. Someone hosting and placing has a chance at more points than anyone else can get for that contest (not to mention advance knowledge of challenges could be considered an advantage). My proposed fix would be to say that you get no points for hosting if you also enter, or alternatively just to disallow hosting and playing. Anybody else have an opinion on this?
Although I might be a little biased for this, I believe the rule should be "Hosts can only get host points", i.e. if you host and you place, you get no additional points. If points go to the top four and one of those top four is a host, then the host should get no points and fifth place should instead. Just my two cents, I want to participate but don't want to jeopardize my points.
Should be fine in this case, arbitraryarmor is going to enter but will not receive any points for his final standing. This is harder to do in an elimination contest, but most people don't enter their own contests anyway, so we can just deal with that if it ever comes up.

Congratulations to Savia for winning the second CCC&G Pro Tour!
Additionally, congratulations to Gerrard's Mom for winning CCC&G Pro Tour Player of the year!
I'll be requesting trophies for these folks shortly.
The MQs for December kicked off the third season, which feeds the June 2013 Pro Tour.
See you all then!
I'll have the statistician update the pro point spreadsheet as soon as he's available.
We will likely be transitioning the CFGs to be more sporadic, something like three per season rather than six. Updates when available.
(Probably NSFW) So you may have heard I'm trying to write a TV series...
