Sure, that'd work, "The bard submits a flavor text and/or an art."
You guys can start sending me cards (please send 4, you may reuse the ones that you had available before.) When everyone has submitted 4, I'll start (there is still a slot available for a new player!)
So, SwapTronGo secretly choose one of your cards, and post here a Flavor Text (and/or an art) that KINDA fits your card.
Then, everyone else secretly choose a card that best fits that flavor (unless you get crafty.) you may change its name and its creature types (or creature type references.)
Private Message those things to me.
Shuffling thanks to random.org, I made some edits and fillings.

Rudyard votes C: Omalaos, Bringer of Steel
Nakhla votes D: Shared Pain
Jimmy Groove votes D: Shared Pain
StubbornOne votes B: Debt to be Paid
Everyone! except SwapTronGo, who made card E.
Non-Bard players get 2 points each. In addition:
Nakhla's Omalaos, God of Artifacts got in a bringing mood, and got 1 extra point.
Jimmy Groove's card didn't change name, but was perfect enough to get 1 extra point.
Finally, Rudyard's nameless card went as Shared Pain, and got 2 extra points.
Next: Nakhla's turn as Bard.
Extra: Jimmy Groove's debt counters stayed the same, but I think it would have been good to be able to change their name. So, from now on, you may also rename counters and mechanics in your cards (but remember to submit stuff that can't be traced to you.)
As for remaining cards, we all submit a new one after we've used one of our previous but before the new text is posted, so we all have 4 cards "on the go" at any time. At least that's how I've been playing.
Yes, you are supposed to submit a card whenever you "play" one (it's what I was referring when I said people should hurry before Nakhla submitted, or "have fewer options")
Shuffled random.org, edited by me. Why edit? So that they all appear written by the same person (sorry it's me) and you cheaters can't start noticing patterns in the way your fellow players parse stuff.

Jimmy Groove and Nakhla, who get the main 3 points!
(Jimmy guessed correctly, and Nakhla gets 3 points because his card got >0 and <4 votes.)
In addition to that, Jimmy Groove's Exalted Mind changed allegiance and went into a journey, getting him 2 extra points!
Finally StubbornOne's Cackling Batrider went into piracy (and humanity?) and got him an extra 1 point.
..by the way, I let Rudy add the 'Curse' subtype, because a subtype enters my definition on creature types (weird I know.) So if you want to add subtypes (or flavor supertypes?) shoot away.
I edited each of your cards this round. See the usual justification. Usual randomization too.

Search your library for a God card and put it onto the battlefield. You may have it gain the Aura subtype, "Enchant creature" and "If this would be a creature, instead enchanted creature has +X/+Y, where X is this card's printed power, and Y this card's printed toughness." If you do, attach it to a creature you control. Shuffle your library afterwards.

Jimmy Groove gains 3 points, because he narrowly avoided a full call out.
Nakhla, Rudyard and StubbornOne get 3 points for correctly guessing.
Finally, StubbornOne's reconceptualization of his Sea Phantasm (spirit) into a Djinn got him an extra 1 point.
By the way, I made a mistake this round, I hope none caught it (ugh!) From now on, if you want to change names, revise your card for self-references in its text and send it to me changed (I'm already checking that as I rewrite, but I may miss them, so this way we will checking for self-references twice.) (Note: bards have not always kept the original name though.)
