Keeping the judging rudimentary because I'm low on time:
SelesnyaNewLife - Very flavorful, aside from maybe the rotating of weapon ownership upon any death (or maybe it does make sense and I just don't see it). Powerful granted effect in Hexproof that's relatively easy to control what creature possesses it, especially if you're in the colors that can equip it normally.
Ninja Caterpie - Interesting, just doesn't seem very synergistic with itself. Nice flavorfully, though, with both archers are spiders often having Reach, so it ties together well on that front.
greggbot - There aren't exactly a lot of legendary Minotaurs to run this with, and even if there were, it's a really narrow effect. Fun when it works, fairly weak when it (normally) doesn't.
NVRBLND - I...don't know what's going on here. Or rather, I do, I just can't decide whether it's obscenely broken or hilariously overcosted. Also not sure how often non-Living Weapon equipment get abilities of their own - pretty sure the countering ability should be granted to the equipped creature?
Cythare - It is missing the equip cost, which you mention in a later post, but I like the idea otherwise. It has a lot of complexity for how much text is actually on the card - it's efficient. I like it. Can't rank it too highly because of the fact that the equip cost is missing entirely, though...
1. SelesnyaNewLife
2. Ninja Caterpie
3. Cythare

The following have been disqualified for failure to submit judgings:
Jimmy Groove
Dimitriye98
Further, I'm announcing a new rule. For those who fail to submit judgings more then once in a given months contest, not only will you be disqualified from the round but for the entirety of the month. I feel this is necessary to enforce as it's unfair for a player to submit entries and have a number of player spend there time evaluating there card when they will not in return. With that said, Jimmy Groove has be disqualified for the month of November.
Thank you to all of you who participated, and if you haven't already, please join us in Round 4 for an extra difficult challenge!
