Congratulations, Athani! Very nice card. I wish I had a few of these for my Frostwaker/Earth Surge deck and stave off a few attacks until I could get all the pieces in place.
Thank you very much everyone! I'm really happy I won, although I never expected that.
It was a really close race between me and muchsarcasm, so congrats to him for coming in second place!
And of course, thanks to all the judges for the excellent work, and to all the other contestants! There were a lot of cards that really impressed me during this contest, which makes me even more surprised that I won. =)
I didn't really expect my card to win (it was indeed an un-card, just not for the effect), but I was happy about the points I got because it's the first time I made it past Round 2!
I really liked muchsarcasm's card too, but your card is also very cool. (But I agree it should have been common/uncommon)

To better keep track of the turns, it would probably have to use counters of some sort (most likely snow counters). But other than that, it seems to be very good. Exactly the kind of thinga control/combo deck abusing snow would appreciate. Kudos to you, Athani.
I just have to throw this out there, but I find the quality of the winning cards in the FCC to vary as the negative exponent of the round number (i.e. quality = k * e^-n, where n is the round number; k some nonzero constant).
Honestly, every month I've ever cared to investigate, the cards in round 1 were the best, all individually better than the eventual winner that month.
Is it because there's less competition? Is it because the final round requirement is always awkward? I don't know.

The link to this card on the Mtgsalvation home page goes to November's card instead of this one though
