Yeah, because there's no other way of abusing Bogardan Hellkite to death. This card has combos sure, but mostly I'd say it's about saving your weenies, replay annoying coming into play effects, cheat evoke, that sort of thing. Two Shriekmaw shots for 2B is nice, though not game ending. Consider Mulldrifter, evoke it and blink it, get 4 cards for 3U. Combos involving having 8 cost creatures aren't really combos, and it's hard to imagine needing a second hellkite there for game considering you can blink it on your turn and your opponents.
Additionally, if you're planning a win combo involving playing two hellkites and blinking them twice, Momentary Blink would be much more reliable and cost less mana.
I see that this card could be devastating with evoke creatures, but if you can successfully keep a 5 mana artifact on the board in constructed, you should be free to continue your combo.
