Still think this would have been better as a 1/1 or 0/1 for 2, but as it is not bad. A great early play for control, and an alright anti-aggro card honestly.
I guess OP wants it to be 'keyworded' like "dies" was. What word would you replace ETB with though?
When Aegis Angel is born?
When Huntmaster of the Fells arrives?
When Kitchen Sphinx lands?
When Faerie Imposter busts in?
When Dread Cacodemon pops in?
When Malfegor shows up?
But in all seriousness, nice card. Seems legit. Good job.

Erm.... I took away the wrong vote from Bazzal by memory. I'll update this to 1/4 for 2UU as the poll determined when I get home to Magic Set Editor. (On my phone now.)

Blech, that makes the card significantly less cool.
My premonition was correct, the card is meh. A fine common, but as an uncommon, not amazing.

Now that it's Thieving Magpie costed, it looks ok. Archivist is probably better (but rare). She could have 1 more toughness for her to be more playable
Its not an insane card for Limited, but it does a good job to give you a reason to "hold out" a bunch of turns and even suicide attack your creatures in case you need the cards.
Making it cheaper would certainly help its playable value for constructed, as it is, its not really a "constructed" material card, as we have so much stronger stuff in a 4 slot (planeswalkers especially).
But i could easily see a cycle of this mechanic, with a bunch of "self bounce" mechanics in a set and it becomes more and more viable in Limited.
I like it. It's not ridiculous, but you wouldn't want to ignore it either. And "if you control no other creatures" is pretty appropriately blue. Maybe play it with vedalken aethermage and sage's dousing?
I still dislike how hard she is to remove. On the one hand, i guess being resilient makes up for her having to be alone on the battlefield. On the other hand, it makes her incredibly annoying as her high toughness counteracts one of the key weaknesses of having few creatures: you're open to attack. Her costing 4 is a little better since it means she can't easily shut down early agression, and you should have at least 2 or 3 creatures on board by turn 4 if you're aggro. If anything, i'm at least happy we were able to make a good uncommon instead of another rare.

"In the beginning, MTG Salvation switched to a new forum format.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move."
It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.
A fantastic card. I think it needs a "you may" on the "draw a card", but that's just me. It's a card full of tension and interesting strategic decisions that puts a fun spin on blue card-draw engines.
The "if you control no other creatures" clause makes it feel especially blue, but in a way different than what I'm used to seeing. It forces blue players to choose between laying down additional creatures for defense, or drawing more cards in the future. Honestly I'd like to see more cards that create choices like that, ones other than "does it leave mana in my hand for a counterspell?"
I'd also like to mention that it creates interesting choices in deck design as well. Do you add two, three or four in your deck, considering that two of these in play are completely redundant? What combos can you utilize, eg Erratic Portal or Palinchron-style cards? What portion of creatures do you need in a deck using her?
Should be a rare imo. In draft this as an uncommon is ridiculous.
Not more than Thieving Magpie, I'd say
Especially in draft, where removal is quite limited, it is really tough to manage a situation where you only have one creature in play and your opponent has 3-4. She can give you a few cards' boost but at the cost of your life, and when you play a creature to go for the win you won't get cards anymore.
I think she's fairly balanced as an uncommon compared to other uncommon card drawers (Thieving Magpie, Neurok Commando, Ophidian, Azure Mage)

The card reads like repeating draw, but in fact the szenario were you draw cards is something you better not have.
If it works out, we have plenty of such card draw, which are all good cards in Limited, but hardly "problematic".
Making the card "rare" would be annoying, as the only format it really matters is Limited ; anything else we have way too much removal and way stronger 4 drops.
The art is by Volkan Baga, who did the art for Snapcaster Mage among others. Its possible (though I don't know how likely) that Disciple's art will end up on a real card someday.
Thanks for pointing that out, I didn't know about those. The name "Lone Revenant" makes me wonder if the design will even be similar. And Divine Reckoning makes me feel like that's likely! Ooh how juicy
