I'm positive that the following card doesn't work under the rules:
Serpent of ThingG Creature - Snake {B}
~ has all abilities of all other creatures you control.
1/1
The reason it doesn't work, as I've mentioned in other threads myself, is that if I have two creatures with different CDA's, such as Spellheart Chimera and Tarmogoyf, the two apply at the same time. This is because there is only one static ability that generates the one continuous effect, so gaining the two CDA's would fall under the exact same timestamp, with no order to choose from.
However, does this work, and if not, why not?
Intergalactic Space Demon of Awesome1 Creature - Alien Dude Thing Cheeseburger {F} 1: ~ gains all abilities of target creature.
1/1
Here, if I target a Spellheart Chimera, and then a Tarmogoyf, first, its power and toughness will be (number of instant and sorcery cards in my graveyard) / 3, and then its power and toughness will be (number of card types among cards in graveyards) / (number of card types among cards in graveyards) + 1. This is because a continuous effect generated by the resolution of an ability gets a timestamp as it's created, and later timestamps trump previous timestamps.

First, a more realistic ruling: Spellheart Chimera's ability only defines its power. So Intergalactic Space Demon of Awesome copying Spellheart Chimera's ability would be */1 (where * is the number of instant and sorcery cards in your graveyard).
Next, into crazy land: If Intergalactic Space Demon of Awesome copies Tarmogoyf's abilities, then Spellheart Chimera's abilities, it seems reasonable that time stamp order would cause first Tarmogoyf's ability to define its power and toughness, then Spellheart Chimera's ability to overwrite its power. But what happens when a second Intergalactic Space Demon of Awesome then copies the abilities of the first one which now has two CDAs? Does the second retain the timestamp order of the first? I don't think that the rules currently would address something like that.

I imagine that the process of determining the power and toughness of an Intergalactic Space Demon of Awesome in the scenario you describe would be done recursively; that is, the second retains the relative timestamp order of the first.
How hard would that be to write in the hypothetical CR?
112.6a Characteristic-defining abilities function everywhere, even outside the game. (See rule 604.3.) If an object gains two or more characteristic-defining abilities through two or more effects with different timestamps, the object will have all of those abilities, but the effects are applied in timestamp order. (See rule 613.3a.) If another object gains the abilities of such an object, the relative tiemstamp order of the effects are unchanged for the copy, and the effects are applied in timestamp order.
