Golgari Swarm-Warden (Common) (B/G)
Creature – Scorpion
1/2
Deathtouch
Swarm 2 — 4BG(4BG, Discard this card: Put two 1/1 black and green Insect creature tokens onto the battlefield.)
After you discard Golgari Swarm-Warden, up to two target creatures you control gain deathtouch until end of turn.
The goal is for the two Insects created by the card to be able to gain deathtouch until end of turn.
I don't think there is an elegant solution for this. As written, the triggered ability will trigger and resolve before the swarm ability resolves.
---
First solution
Since your intention is to make the triggered ability resolve after the swarm ability resolves, the only real way you could do this is to make it so that the trigger condition will always trigger after the swarm ability resolves. Something like:
"Swarm 2 - 4BG
When ~ creates a swarm, up to two target creatures you control gain deathtouch until end of turn."
...where "[this object] creates a swarm" is the trigger condition that is fulfilled when the object as it exists in the hand is discarded as a cost of its swarm ability, and the triggered ability it appears on functions in the graveyard. Obviously, this doesn't trigger when the card is discarded normally (such as the cleanup step), but there's not much you can do about that with this approach.
---
Second solution
You could try to not change anything about the card.
---
Third solution
You could change the trigger condition to "When you put one or more 1/1 black and green Insect creature tokens onto the battlefield", but that is both a very wordy trigger condition and will trigger regardless of what caused such tokens to be put onto the battlefield.
---
Fourth solution
You could explicitly write out that the third ability triggers after the Insect tokens are put onto the battlefield. Something like:
"When you discard ~, up to two target creatures you control gain deathtouch until end of turn. If ~ was discarded to pay for its swarm ability, this ability doesn't trigger until that swarm ability resolves."

How to use card tags (please use them for everybody's sanity)

[c=Lightning Bolt]Apple Pie[/c] -> Apple Pie
Vowels-Only Format Minimum deck size: 60 Maximum number of identical cards: 4 Ban list: Cards whose English names begin with a consonant, Unglued and Unhinged cards, cards involving ante, Ancestral Recall
"When CARDNAME creates a swarm" looks good. If it has to work with all discard though, maybe consider making it an activated ability?
{0}: Up to two target creatures you control gain deathtouch until end of turn. Activate this ability only once and only if you discarded CARDNAME this turn.
Exile CARDNAME from your graveyard: Up to two target creatures you control gain deathtouch until end of turn. Activate this ability only if you discarded CARDNAME this turn.
The simplest solution would be to change how the ability is activated to something like
Swarm X - [mana]X[/mana, Reveal Cardname ~ in your hand: Put two 1/1 black green insect tokens onto the battlefield, then discard this card. (Activate this ability only once a turn.)
When Cardname ~ is discarded two target creatures gain deathtouch till the end of turn.
By making the discard part of the resolution of the ability it places the tokens onto the battlefield first. Then the discard trigger happens and it can see the two tokens on the battlefield and give them deathtouch. The "Activate this ability only once a turn" Prevents people from doubling up on activations very much like the way Forecast works.
That simplifies the extra triggered ability a little bit, but makes the initial activated ability a lot more complicated. Considering that cards with swarm are probably not all going to have the extra triggered ability, that is not a very ideal solution.

Swarm COST (COST, Discard this card: Put a number of 1/1 black and green Insect creature tokens equal to this card's toughness onto the battlefield.)
Is it just me or does the wording sound a little off?
