How would I word an Aura that would make it so that in combat creatures that are blocking or blocked by the enchanted creature don't get to count boosts (or reductions) to power and toughness? This needs to include auras, abilities, instants and sorceries, and counters.
For example, I attack with a Grizzly Bears enchanted with this theoretical aura. It's blocked by a Grizzly Bears with a -1/-1 counter on it and enchanted with Unflinching Courage. Each bear deals two damage to the other, killing them both, and my opponent gains 2 life.
Depending on the interactivity you want to go for with regards to replacement effects possibly modifying the amount of damage, I would go for one of the following:
- [Other] creatures deal damage to enchanted creature equal to their base power (instead of any other value).
- If [another/a] creature would an amount of damage not equal to its base power to enchanted creature, that creature deals damage equal to its base power to enchanted creature instead.
If you need to extend the effect to further than just an enchanted creature, you could use the following:
- The base power of creatures can't be changed. (Effects and counters that raise or lower a creature's power don't apply.)

How to use card tags (please use them for everybody's sanity)
[c]Lightning Bolt[/c] -> Lightning Bolt
[c=Lightning Bolt]Apple Pie[/c] -> Apple Pie
Vowels-Only Format Minimum deck size: 60 Maximum number of identical cards: 4 Ban list: Cards whose English names begin with a consonant, Unglued and Unhinged cards, cards involving ante, Ancestral Recall
Another route you could go would be something like
"whenever enchanted creature blocks or is blocked by a creature, it gets +y/+X until end of turn, where X is the difference between that creatures powered and base power, and y is the difference between that creatures toughness and base toughness , until end of turn."
This has a similar effect to what you want by scaling up the enchanted creature to match whatever buffs the other creature has, instead of trying to remove the buffs from the other creature. I'm a hundred percent sure this could be worded better; just the base of another way of doing something close to what you described.
