This forum is for actual card rulings. I believe there is one for Custom Card Rulings which would be a better place for this since nothing like this exists.
To (kind of) answer your question, this would typically be a triggered ability because it doesn't make a whole lot of sense as a Replacement effect. This is because there is nothing being replaced. There isn't even a good answer for this since the scenario will never come up. The problem is that a spell is not cast until all costs are paid (including Kicker) but the wording suggests it changes to a vampire somewhere in the middle of being cast. I would say your vampire would not actually be a vampire until after the spell has been cast, which means the ability you have above functions very similarly to a triggered ability anyway.
The word as is pretty exclusively used for "as ~ enters the battlefield"
If these cards were to be printed, they would most likely be printed as "when/whenever". In either case, you wont be able to use the creatures to pay for the costs of the spell, as the creatures in question will not gain the required attributes until after the spell has been cast.

Wannabe Vampire B
Creature—Human (Common)
As you cast a black spell, ~ becomes a Vampire.
1/1
Then I cast Blood Tribute
Can I tap Wannabe Vampire to kick Blood Tribute?
2. How about if I have four of the following on the board.
Wannabe Red Guy 1
Creature—Human (Common)
As you cast a spell, ~ becomes red.
1/1
Then I cast Stoke the Flames.
Can I pay for Stoke the Flames by tapping my creatures?
3. What if I cast Burn Trail? Could I conspire it?
