I let them lay out until they're almost dry, but still a little wet. Then I press them under books and weights so they stay flat.
If they're already dry just press them under the books and weights.
With either method they'll still be pretty messed up. But they'd be playable in sleeves. Maybe not big tourney legal, but at the FNM level they should be fine depending on the attitudes of the judges/ players.

they are now in sleeves and playable....but i wanted to harden them, because some are too flimsy and weak...is there any treatment that can be done or apply to harden them back to there original rigidity?...
hmm, never had a problem with them being flimsy. Yours are probably still just a little damp in the center. Just set them out on the kitchen counter all spaced out. It should get them as good as they can get.
Oh and a bit off topic, but a dehydrator is a bad idea. I've tried it once, and I'll never do it again. That was a horrible lesson to learn the hard way

yeah i guess they are still a little damp...but you really feel the difference from the other cards..thank you so much sir...:D
Had a similar problem a couple weeks ago, but worse. Girlfriend spilled a soda all over a pile of about 300 rares. Luckily there wasn't anything extremely valuable in there, but it was still terrible.
Scrambled to wipe whatever we could off all the card faces with a damp cloth to minimize stickiness. Then laid them out to dry. After they were nearly dry we put them all through the pages of a dictionary to ensure they came out as flat as possible.
When it comes to spilling drinks or food on the card I would assume that it would be preferable to deal with just water as opposed to soda and the like. I could be totally wrong so please use caution and i suppose in an emergency situation but if u would wash the card off with room temp water under a very very light faucet it will atleast get the sugar and stuff off of it and then you have a better chance to salvage a card that just has some water on it. Cards do have a coating so that's the other reasoning to my thought. Again this is completely your choice and I would probably get a second opinion or maybe someone can verify this. I do wish u luck anyways.
anybody experienced this?...thank you guys...:)
