Why is this "Turn 0"? It isn't. Its turn 1. And if we're talking about turn 1, anything that will give you 2 green mana to cast channel will let you cast emrakul on turn 1. elvish spirit guide+forest, for example.

That is way too complicated. Also, Wild Cantor gives red or green, I don't see where you're getting white from. [edit] durr takes red or green to cast, me stupid.
A Gemstone Caverns could also work in place of a spirit guide. I also suggest for the extra two cards, either Lightning Greaves or maybe a FoW & blue card to discard to it.
exile 3 spirit guides manamorphose into UGG
cast that thing that makes the next spell you cast have flash (i forget the name of the card, and cou;dn't find it :S) channel at instant speed scout's warning
emrakul
I guess OP wants it to be 'keyworded' like "dies" was. What word would you replace ETB with though?
When Aegis Angel is born?
When Huntmaster of the Fells arrives?
When Kitchen Sphinx lands?
When Faerie Imposter busts in?
When Dread Cacodemon pops in?
When Malfegor shows up?

Ah, then it requires 4 spirit guides, 2 manamorphose, , quicken, channel, scouts warning, emrakul (and yes, you can in fact use 10 cards, as you draw 3)

I say to just make it simple. Opening hand of 2 Elvish Spirit Guides, Leyline of Anticipation, Channel, Emrakul. You could also have 1 Elvish and 1 Simian Spirit Guide, or 2 SSG, and a Manamorphose; or 1 Guide of either color, and a Gemstone Cavern + something to pitch.
Start the game with your Leyline [and your Cavern, if you have one] in play. During your opponent's upkeep, utilize your Guides/Cavern/Manamorphose to get GG mana floating, cast Channel, pour 15 life into it, cast Emrakul.
turn 0 generally means your on draw and during opp first upkeep. Since the person doing it hasn't taken a turn yet it is his turn 0, but the games turn 1.
What is "turn 0"? I thought the first time any player gets priority is on the upkeep of the first turn. Before that you can't activate or cast anything.
Your opponent's first turn, when you have gone second.
Also, I swear I would laugh so hard if someone did this turn 0 upkeep using Channel (and going to 5), then the opponent topdecked that miracle spell that burns for 5, and paid it with a Simian Spirit Guide.
The simplest way, with protection back up. This allows you to cast Emrakul on your opponent's first upkeep and have FoW to protect from removal. Savage Summoning gets Emmy through counters and makes it bigger.

You would need to give it Flash, which means you're looking at way over 7 cards in hand.

Start the game with Gemstone Caverns, exiling Chimney Imp. During opponent's upkeep, exile Elvish Spirit Guide for G. Tap Gemstone Caverns for U.
Cast Flash. Put Protean Hulk onto the battlefield. Choose not to pay and therefore sacrifice it. Search your library for
Copy Protean Hulk with Body Double. Sacrifice it to Carrion Feeder. Search your library for
Sacrifice Wild Cantor for W. Sacrifice Reveillark to Carrion Feeder. Bring back Body Double and Wild Cantor. Copy Reveillark with Body Double.
Repeat the previous paragraph 15 more times. Now you have 16 white mana. Cast Scout's Warning. Cast Emrakul, the Aeons Torn.
