My foil dragon collection has really been growing lately and is in need of re-arranging (I've been lazy and have just been shoving every new dragon I get in the back).
Currently, I'm using an Ultra Pro Pro Binder for my collection and I like it quite a bit in terms of design and such. However, I do have a few issues, the first being that since it's a side-loading binder, even though my cards are in sleeves, some of them are slipping out. This worries me because I'm afraid one of the cards is going to get damaged by me turning the pages and not realizing a card has slipped. The other issue I have is organization. Since this style of binder has fixed, no-removable card pages, every time a new dragon comes out I have to re-arrange everything. Of course I still have to do this with removable card pages but it's much easier to do with those.
So my question to all of you collectors out there is: How do you store/display whatever you collect? What binder do you use? What kind of sleeves do you use?
I use a 3" Zip binder with side loading, removable Ultra-Pro pages (Basically the same pages you'd find in your binder, but you can add/remove as many as you want.)
I sleeve with KMC or Dragon Shields, and I've never had an issue with cards falling or sliding out.
I also have another artist collection binder in an Ultra Pro Binder like yours.

Huh, I didn't know you could buy side-loading pages! Zipper binders are nice for helping to keep out dirt, but I've had trouble finding ones that don't look like they might damage my cards because they're school binders. Do they actually make ones specifically for trading cards?
The rearranging thing depends on how you sort your dragons. I assume it's not chronologically? Alphabetically would be madness....
I collect all sets and keep each block in its own 3-ringed binder. The standard way, I'd expect. I'd only use the Ultra-PRO binders for trades.
I'm actually undecided of how I want to sort my dragons at the moment. When I first put the binder together, I put the Legendary Dragons (which I didn't have many of) and my favorite artworks up front. Then I sorted the dragons by type (All hellkites, Mirrodin Dragons, Alara dragons, Baby Dragons, etc). That's why I'm trying to find an easier solution...so I can re-arrange as I see fit and it won't take a million hours.
I use Ultra Pro Premium Binders, color coded to what they contain, cards double sleeved in KMC Perfect Fits and sleeved into KMC HyperMats. Haven't had any issues with this setup as of yet.
Im planning to use a bcw breakaway standing binder with black ultra pro side loading pages. I dont intend to sleeve the cards, but am curious as to why anyone would.
Cards are organized by first printing. Set by set with them alphabetized within that set.
In a seperate binder in topload pages....
After that is every reprint again set by set by alphabetical.
Finally foil variants again set by set.
Its a display binder and i want to display mah zombeez.

That wouldn't work for me, I need at least 40 pages in the binder for this collection. Not including the repints/foils. I put 9 cards to a page and do not use the backside.

@dLANCER: Side-loader, made of extra clear and archival safe polypropylene and completely free of PVC and acidic materials, holds 360 cards, zipper closure,
If I am transporting cards somewhere for people to trade out of I don't want to find out a random card fell out of the binder and then got damaged underneath the binder in my backpack. Plus Ultra Pro binders tend to have acidic materials for how the binder is made and that I don't feel comfortable with either.
@Shadowfenril: I agree. I wish I could afford that.
How is that any different than the rest of the products out there also claiming to be acid free, pvc free, super safe and such? If it's just the binder with such worries, then you're maybe freaking out a tad. The card is in a sleeve, inside a page, it should never come into contact with the binder.
Where is the science and independent study to grade them?
A zipped enclosure is nice sure, but again I use one side of a page. Show me a zipped binder that can hold 40 pages.

Its very informative from what I watched and it can tell you a lot about binders and binder sheets from different brands. Hes also got a playlist that talks about the different qualities of sleeves from different brands and similarly with deck boxs.
Best binder I've ever bought is the Deck Tutor FOUR V2 (side loading). That is not even a competition. Getting it is a problem yes but this might help: There is a Massdrop sign up for the FOUR V2.

Current Massdrop ended, waiting for the next drop, but not a lot of sign ups yet. I'm not a huge fan of the four, just don't like the look of it, but I know a lot of people out there love it.

Finally had time to watch it. Eh, didn't go as far in depth as I would like. But it'll do.
I found the sleeve videos to be of most use.

I've got my Promo cards organised a two different ways depending on the set. Sets that have a finite number of cards because they are no longer running anymore I have alphabetically and sets that have an infinite amount of cards I've sorted based on the date the card was released. Makes it nice and easy to add new cards when new release/launch cards or prerelease cards are added.
I use Ultra Pro 3 inch Magic the Gathering Binders and Ultra Pro Sleeves.

may i ask why you only use 1 side? i mean i understand it when you use normal ultra pro toploading pages. but with the sideloaders, both sides are seperated. so there is really no reason to not use both sides.
For display purposes. I don't like the way it looks for the top/premier/fancyshamncy thing I want to show off. I want each card to have as much time to be viewed and appreciated. 1/9 gives it that chance, 1/18 and you have a lot vying for your attention.
With 18 cards, you go left page top to bottom, right page top to bottom, turn. That is tiresome for the neck and is also silly. You could just go straight across the top rows, then to middle, then bottoms. On top of that, do you start on the backside of a double-loaded page? I have never seen anyone do this. Why double load the page if you don't start double loaded? Analogy-Making every right page even numbered in a book as opposed to odd numbered.
But hey, it is my collection, whether I don't sleeve the cards before paging them or not is up to me, as well as exactly how I put it together. No wrong answer.

I have this same problem as well. I have ultra pro 4 pocket side loading binders and put in cards sleeves in ultra pro ahiney (non matte) sleeves and they slip out of the pockets.
Have anyone experiences this problem and found a solution to this or is it just the ultra pro binder pockets have too much space?
Can anyone share their experience with the decktutor four 2.0 (side loading) binder and if they have seen a problem with sleeves cards falling out of the pockets whem turning tbe pages?
I use two 3" thick binders with standard 9 pocket sleeves (one for standard stuff, the other for all my sub $5 stuff), and one of those common fixed-page ultra pro side loaders for my older stuff. I used to use a bunch of 4 pocket books but I ran out of room.
I collect complete sets, and was using cheap 3-ring binders I picked up at Wal-Mart, but after discovering that the cards on the bottom row were all getting bent, I started switching to these. They're not great, but I've been keeping an eye on them, and nothing's gotten damaged yet. I'd probably try Ultra-Pros instead, but since these are about half the price at my LCS ($11 vs $20), the cheapskate in me wins out every time.

The decktutor binder is amazing, and I have never seen any issues with cards slipping out at all if they are sleeved.

That's definitely fancy. I might consider that one, but having more storage would be nice.
I just watched a review of the Four 2.0 binder and fell in love with it, but man is it expensive.
