I was going to say Char Rumbler for that same reason, I had never seen the parasite. Doesn't look like either are very unique anymore ha ha
They're both technically still unique: The Parasite is the only one with negative base toughness and the Rumbler is the only one whose power and toughness have different signs.
Spinal Parasite, I believe the only printed creature wit negative power
I was going to say Char Rumbler for that same reason, I had never seen the parasite. Doesn't look like either are very unique anymore ha ha
Spinal Parasite is the only creature with a printed negative power AND toughness, Char-Rumbler is the only creature with a printed negative power and positive toughness.
Frankenstein's Monster is the only creature that can naturally enter the battlefield with 3 different types of power/toughness modifying counters.

Frankenstein's Monster is the only creature that can naturally enter the battlefield with 3 different types of power/toughness modifying counters.
Isn't it also the only card that mentions three different such counters at all? As well as the only one to use +2/+0 and +0/+2 counters. I know Dwarven Armorer and Ebon Praetor use two p/t modifier counters each.
Nameless Race is the only creature with no subtypes.
The Wanderer is the only planeswalker with no subtypes.
Ugin's Conjurant is the only cmc 0 spirit card. This is relevant for the white, black, and red legendary Kirins: Celestial Kirin (becomes a 0-mana Armageddon), Infernal Kirin (make someone discard their 0-drops, including lands), and Skyfire Kirin (Threaten a cmc 0 creature, such as a token). The blue and green ones don't matter, since mill 0 and gain 0 life are irrelevant triggers. The only other way to trigger these Kirin for 0 is to cast (not splice) Evermind, which is much more complicated than casting Ugin's Conjurant.
Titania's Song is the only card with a static ability that persists after the permanent creating the effect leaves the battlefield.
Shahrazad is the only (non-silver border) card that creates a subgame. You can even use Wishes to pull cards from the main game into the subgame. You can even use Burning Wish or Death Wish to pull the original Shahrazad off the stack into the subgame to create a sub-subgame! (Of course, Shahrazad is banned in all sanctioned formats.)
Spellweaver Volute is the only Aura that doesn't enchant a permanent (/permanent card) or player.
Second Wind is the only Aura that itself has tap abilities (instead of giving a tap ability to the thing it enchants, which is common).
Lightning Storm is the only card which has an activated ability that can be activated while it's on the stack.
Camouflage has the widest divergence between printed and Oracle text. (And the effect is strange, too.) To be fair, a significant cause of the difference is the introduction of Morph.
Up until GRN, Circu, Dimir Lobotomist was the only card which targeted a game zone. (This was specifically due to space constraints with "remove from game" that ceased to be a problem with the introduction of exile, but Wizards didn't bother to errata him until he got a reprint in the Dimir Guild Kit.)
Glissa Sunseeker has an effect based on the amount of mana in your pool, without spending it. Perplexing Chimera exchanges control of objects in different zones. Morality Shift exchanges entire zones. Spitting Slug grants an opponent's creature first strike as a downside. Mirrir Gallery directly references a game rule, and overrides that game rule. Karn Liberated restarts the game.

For instance, a card like Force of Savagery.
Spinal Parasite, only creature with negative base p/t.
Startled Awake, the only nonpermanent card that transforms.
Fireball, the only card that at one point used the Y symbol. (Not counting The Ultimate Nightmare of Wizards of the Coast® Customer Service)
Evermind, the first nonland card with no mana cost as well as the only nonland card with no mana cost without a built-in alternate way of casting it.

I'm sorry, but this wins everything. Somebody find me another black-border legal in tournaments card that mention to "hide objects" in his rules text.
Divine Intervention is the only card that explicitly causes a draw.
Shahrazad is the only (non-silver border) card that creates a subgame. You can even use Wishes to pull cards from the main game into the subgame. Indestructible Aura has nothing to do with indestructible nor with auras.
Dead Ringers probably has the weirdest targeting requirements, although that's subjective.

Darn, you beat to me to Shahrazad
But pretty sure that Flowstone Embrace is just like Second Wind. I thought embrace was the only one, never heard of second wind before.
