Player A had been morphing the tops of opponents library for 2/2 .
Player B played divine reckoning.
Each player chooses a creature they control.
Destroy the rest.
Player A starts handing cards back as it he accepted the destruction, during that time, player A found that they had Apex Altisaur. At that time, player A morphed Apex Altisaur in the middle of that.
When Apex Altisaur enters the battlefield,
it fights up to one target creature you don't
control.
Enrage — Whenever Apex Altisaur is dealt
damage, it fights up to one target creature you
don't control.
Player A make it start making it right other cards to off set abilities that would have acivated abilities (such as Atla Palani, Nest Tender), and because it fought something that did damage to it, makes it fight another target till it dies.
Player C challenges player A. Argument happens, game ends.
But the questions were still valid questions that need answers.
Question 1) can he morph as a response to Divine Reckoning ?
Question 2) would his morph supersede Divine Reckoning.
Question 3) would that count as entering the battlefield? It was already on the battlefield it just morphed.
Question 4) does Enrage reactivates when it is resolving Enrage?
Now, to clarify, what I think this situation in question is: "Divine Reckoning is cast and Player A turns over a face down creature they have on the battlefield." So, all of my answers will be based on this. If this is incorrect, please provide additional information as the summary above is kind of hard to follow.
1) Divine Reckoing is a spell like nearly any other. It goes onto the stack and players can respond to it while it is on the stack. There is nothing special about it that would prevent players from responding to it. And one of those responses could be turning a creature face up.
2) While turning a creature face up doesn't use the stack, any triggers that result from that (such as with Voidmage Prodigy) do use the stack. They can be responded to and they will go onto the stack above anything else that is there. So, they will resolve before the Divine Reckoning does. However....
3) No, nothing entered the battlefield. The Altisaur was already on the field. Turning it face up is not a zone change and will not cause ETB triggers to trigger.
4) If you do manage to get the Altisaur onto the field in another situation, and it fights something, the first fight will cause damage to be dealt to it. If it doesn't die, it can fight again. It will do this until it actually dies so it can only fight a set number of times before it is finally dealt 10 damage.
However, the situation in question might be more of a communication issue than a rules issue. Since they appeared to have started handing cards back, presumably because they chose the one they wanted to keep, then the Reckoning is resolving. And players can't do things in the middle of a spell or ability resolving. So, this part might come down to your group to clarify exactly when Player A tried to act and if Reckoning was already in the middle of resolving.
