I'm trying to revamp my mono black discard deck right now. I have been using burglar rats and ravenous rats as both discard cards, as well as creatures to block with. Plus a few other creatures. But I kind of want to revamp them all out. But then that leaves me open to attacking creatures. Is there any cards that continually force everyone to sacrifice creatures or something. Maybe like an enchantment that does damnation every upkeep or something. Anything like that. Ideally I would be able to rely on shrieking affliction, the rack, and black planeswalkers to get the win. So using things that would cost me my creatures as well wouldn't hurt me at all.
EDIT: Forgot to mention but this would be for Modern format.
There's nothing that actually wraths every turn. Theoretically Novablast Wurm I guess. The closest to what you're looking for is probably Portcullis. It's an amazing card, and can completely shut many decks out.
There's also Smokestack, but I don't think that's what you're going for.
Ensnaring Bridge and Meekstone exist as well. And there's The Abyss. Every one of these cards is both very old and very expensive. They don't like to print control tools like that anymore.

Those cards at least can get rid of a creature every turn. Though they need some support to keep them around.
