The price is just about MCM average, which means that the deal is not too good to be true, the cheapest unsold nm english copies are 39 euros plus postage and MCM takes 5% fee from sellers, so I would consider anything above 35 euros to be reasonable asking price, depending how fast the seller wants to move the cards. (The 35 euro Jaces would be sold within a day... 40 within a week and 45 eventually at my location.)
The leftmost card looks slightly different shade from the rest, but that can easly be from how the light source is situated on the photo. There's some normal looking playwear on all, which means that the cards have been played by somebody. (this doesn't mean they are certainly real, but at least they are not straight from a printer...) All the black lines are solid and without better scans and light test I would say they look real, but cannot be completely certain.
Just do the normal tests and take the cards out of sleeves as you receive them and feel the cards if you decide to buy them. I would also offer 120 for the three, as they show some wear and 45 is pretty much the nm price, but again card availlability and your location will affect the price...
It's impossible to tell based on that photo, but they look genuine enough. I'm not sure why people would try to counterfeit jaces over dual lands or other cards either as it seems much harder to do a walker than a dual land.

I contacted the seller per email and by phone, he appears to have decent credentials but I am still skeptical
If anyone could give some advice that would be great
