Is this even a competition? It's definitely Baneslayer; though you'd be hard pressed to find me awarding it the "Best Angel of All-Time". With the increasingly efficient creature cost curves, it'll only be a matter of time before she's outdone.
HM to Angel of Despair, which did see play in Ravnica standard. Nice effect, and still playable, especially in some sort of casual reanimator or W/B deck.
She's a key component to Hypergenesis, or at least she was before all the indestructible Eldrazi showed up. "Casual card" doesn't give her half her deserved credit.
Honestly as far as the choices given I would say Baneslayer.....however if I were given more then the few choices offered I would say Exalted Angel. She was far more dominant IMO when she was around then Baneslayer is now. Although Akroma gets a close 2nd with Iona getting a close third. However to be honest....NONE of the other angels on the list of given choices even deserve a spot. What about Firemane Angel or Angel of Despair. Heck Warrior Angel even saw more play then a couple of them on the list. And another one that always gets overlooked but is pretty powerful is Pristine Angel. But thats just my opinion.
Iona got my vote because the abiltitly is just so game breaking, it is tough to not win after this has been resolved. Also somewhat irrelivent but if they were to go toe to toe iona can not be killed by any other angel in combat and can kill all but 3.

Extended; Teachings :symw::symu::symb:
Of those in the list, I'd vote Akroma.

Where's the love for Exalted Angel? BSA outclasses her now, but surely she deserves a spot in the vote over Twilight Sheperd.
