There was a for lulz deck I saw that was 100 mox peral 100 Sharazad. I want to invent a time machine so I can gather the pieces for the deck and play it when it was (possibly?) legal.
While I know it isn't the most broken of all time in any regard, I think the Pickles combo of Vesuvan Shapeshifter and Brine Elemental is awesome and fun, especially when no one sees it coming. First deck I built that was banned by my playgroup did that. Still have it, too. Good times.
this wasn't an intentional combo but it was hilarious combo none the less.
6 player EDH game free for all. 1 player has a hive mind out. i'm playing junk, having thoroughly filled my graveyard with many many creatures that have ETB triggers and leave the battlefield triggers thanks to survival.
i cast living death.
Dude I did about the same thing one time, except with fewer ETB triggers and only 4 players. I had a Viscera Seer in my graveyard though, so I sacrificed things so that I had the most creatures after the last one resolved.
Real combos, please. With nearly half the people in this thread trying to be funny rather than posting actual legitimate content, it's getting awful close to just getting closed. More lame attempts at humor or posts that otherwise aren't providing an actual "combo" will be treated as spam.

"...because without beer, things do not seem to go as well."
Any of these combos can be done turn 1 with a Black Lotus in hand, which makes them all rather scary
Honorable mention goes to Mishra's Workshop + Trinisphere. Although it won't win the game right then and there like the other combos I mentioned, it is something ridiculously broken that I dread seeing on turn 1.
Fastbond + Zuran Orb + Crucible of World You can actually power this one out on turn 1 if you draw right and no moxen or other silliness required to do it.
I played a guy that played only Arabian Nights Mountains. He used them to protect himself while he got out moxen and other non-land mana creators. Then he plays City in a Bottle and destroys all his mountains. He then proceeds to use his mana generators to play Manabarbs and Power Surge. While he has no lands to worry about, I am taking 1 damage every turn for each land I control, whether I tap it or not!

I used to have a similar deck that used Chronatog and Glacial Chasm to do the same thing. Then they got rid of mana burn and it hurt the deck pretty significantly.
When I first starting going to the first weekly tournaments there was was in my area, this guy won every week because of this deck. I got smart though, and eventually ended up competing at a ptq with a silimar Stasis deck.
this has been since the Mastermind first came out, so it's been quite some time. I remember how much that guy's deck made me upset. I would swear under my breath if we played, upon hearing he won again I'd call him a jerk amongst my small circle. And he was hella vocally cocky. LoL, it was even more frusterating to get beat by that guy. I hope I play him again someday, so I can show him what competitive Magic is really like.
Haha, I'm getting worked up about it now even, when I routinely deal with things far more scary than a Stasis deck without Force of Will, (in Legacy, Vintage and casual respectfully).
The Vintage storm deck is basically one big combo, so I don't know if you classify that or not.
Also fun is 2 Goblin Welders, a Pentavus and a Mindslaver. Infinite slaver action! I once achieved this by Mindslaving a Stax player, and using his Goblin Welders to infinitely recur my Mindslaver. He wasn't happy.

What? How do you protect yourself with Arabian Nights Mountains? lol
I have it on good authority that the Phyrexians are going to win. However, Venser is then going to teleport the whole of New Phyrexia inside the Zendikar Hedrons, leaving the Phyrexians and Eldrazi trapped in an eternal struggle of the mechanics that nobody likes.
The next set will feature both infect and annihilator, and be called Maro'sWetDreamia. It will also feature a new Jace, to ensure that it sells well.
Hulk Flash was pretty bad,
Tendrils Storm was even worse,
But the worst is Time Vault + Voltiac Key. Infinite turns for a total of 4 mana? It completely ruined the Type 1 format.
Though this isn't necessarily a game winner combo it's good and if you add sword of the animist to it you could get all your basic lands out right away

Commander:
R Daretti, Scrap Savant

BRG Shattergang Brothers
GUR Riku of Two Reflections
WBG Karador, Ghost Chieftain

In legacy, with a GUB "madness" deck, it mean a turn 3 infinite turn lock
Its powered with countermagic (counterspelll, arcane denial, force of will)
discard/into the graveyard effect (entomb, breaktrought)
and acceleration (bird of paradise, sakura tribe elder, dark ritual ...)
deck actually killed back then with a duo of Cognivore, altought newer version have 4 creeping tar pit to do the same thing ... just better
A classic combo that require mention is: Illusion of grandeur + Donate ... but that is universally known
Mind Over Matter + Temple Bell
Mind Over Matter + Tolarian Academy + Stroke of Genius
Mind Over Matter + Time Vault
its all totally broken. that card is ridiculous.
It used to work then, when the card came out, or something.
Dark Depths + Vampire Hexmage
Channel+ Banefire
Oath of Druids + Forbidden Orchard
Flash + Protean Hulk
Time Vault + Voltaic Key

What about Mind Over Matter + Quicksilver Dagger?
Most of my favorite combos involve Aluren:
Aluren + Recycle + Mana Severance
Aluren + Soul Warden + Man-O'-War
Aluren + Soul Warden + Cavern Harpy + Maggot Carrier
Aluren + Goblin Matron
[Clan Flamingo]
