When making copies of objects, you copy exactly what is printed on the card with the exception of other copy effects. So, if Clone is Copying Grizzly Bears, Tempt with Reflection will create more Grizzly Bears.
If Evil Twin is copying a Grizzly Bears, Tempt will create a Grizzly Bears with an activated ability to destroy other Grizzly Bears. In the case of Cryptoplasm, it will be a Bear that can change at the beginning of the upkeep. Metamorph will give you an Artifact Bear and Progenitor Mimic will give you a Grizzly Bears that doesn't do anything special since the Mimic's ability doesn't work on clones that are also tokens, which is what Tempt with Reflections creates. The tokens will still have the ability that creates more tokens, but it will never trigger since it will be a token.
I am not aware of any shenanigans with Progenitor Mimic, so you will have to be more specific about the situation you are referring to.
In general, if you copy a permanent, that is itself a copy of something, the new copy will also be a copy of that something. But if the first copy effect had some addition and/or exception to it (like Sakashima the Impostor or Phyrexian Metamorph), since those are part of the copy effect, they, too, are copied by the new copy.
If the Clone didn't copy anything, and stayed on the battlefield due to increased toughness by some effect or counters, copies made of it will also be Clones, and each one gets to copy a creature when it's created.
The tokens created with Tempt with Reflections will be copies of the targeted creature; they will have that creature's "copiable values" (C.R. 706.2). If that creature is a copy of another permanent, the tokens will be copies of that permanent as well.
In the case of a Clone that isn't a copy of anything (which will generally happen only if something is raising Clone's toughness), each token will enter the battlefield as a copy of Clone, and in turn, its controller can have that token enter as a copy of another creature (C.R. 706.5). If a Clone is a copy of something else, the tokens will be copies of that permanent (and not another creature of their controller's choice) (under C.R. 706.2, a permanent's copiable values are "modified by other copy effects", including effects already on the permanent).
Phyrexian Metamorph becomes an artifact in addition to its other types when it becomes a copy of something; this is part of the copiable values since it happens as part of becoming a copy of the artifact or creature (C.R. 706.9c), so the tokens will also be artifacts if Phyrexian Metamorph is a copy of something.
Evil Twin and Progenitor Mimic, when they become a copy of a permanent, gain an ability that becomes part of the information the tokens gain when they become a copy of Evil Twin's or Progenitor Mimic's current form (C.R. 706.9a). Other than that, the same applies to Evil Twin and Progenitor Mimic as it does to Clone.
Cryptoplasm has a triggered ability that makes it become a copy of another creature, except it has that ability, so that the ability becomes part of the information the tokens gain when they become a copy of Cryptoplasm's current form (C.R. 706.9a). (Generally, however, Cryptoplasm will then still have only one instance of that ability because, in general, copy effects overwrite a permanent's previous copiable values [C.R. 706.3].) Both before and after Cryptoplasm becomes a copy of a creature, the tokens created with Tempt with Reflections will also have that ability.

I am not aware of any shenanigans with Progenitor Mimic, so you will have to be more specific about the situation you are referring to.
I think it has something to do with Cloning a Progenitor Mimic that isn't copying anything or maybe it's Progenitor Mimicing a Progenitor Mimic that isn't copying anything. Do either of those scenarios do anything out of the ordinary?
The trick with Progenitor Mimic that you may be thinking of is that the token-making ability is part of the Mimic's copiable values, and also part of the tokens' copiable values (even though it doesn't do anything on the tokens). Copies of the tokens will carry the ability over, and if the copy is a Progenitor Mimic, you could end up with one permanent having multiple instances of the ability.
For example, say Progenitor Mimic copies a Wispweaver Angel. On your following upkeep, you get token that is a Wispweaver Angel with the token-making ability. You can use the token's ETB trigger on the Progenitor Mimic card and choose to have it enter as a copy of the token, so it's now a Wispweaver Angel that has the token-making ability twice. On your following upkeep, you get two new Angel tokens that have the token-making ability twice; if you use one of them to blink the Progenitor Mimic and have it enter as a copy of one of the new tokens, it will now have the token-making ability three times. And so on...
Note that Cryptoplasm still says "...you may have Cryptoplasm become a copy .... If you do, Cryptoplasm gains this ability." However, due to the Core Set 2019 update, the nature of that effect has become unclear — that is, whether the effect "If you do, Cryptoplasm gains this ability" has now become a layer 6 effect, not a layer 1 copy effect, so that the ability can't be copied by other copy effects such as found in Tempt with Reflections (C.R. 613.1f, 613.1a, 706.2). I have stricken out part of comment 4 because of this unclarity.
Before Core Set 2019, effects that gave a creature an ability upon copying something (within the meaning of C.R. 706.9a) used the formulation "becomes a copy ... and gains...", "becomes a copy ..., except it gains...", and "may have [this creature] become a copy ...[.] If you do, [this creature] gains...". Now, the first two would both be worded "becomes a copy ..., except it has..." (compare Dimir Doppelganger's text as printed in Ravnica: City of Guilds with its Oracle text.) The last was changed to "may have [this creature] become a copy ... except ... it has ..." in the case of Vesuvan Doppelganger, but was somehow retained in the case of Cryptoplasm (compare with Artisan of Forms). Also, compare Cryptoplasm with Evil Twin and Progenitor Mimic, which now both say "...except it has..." rather than "...except it gains..." (C.R. 108.1).
With Core Set 2020, Cryptoplasm's Oracle text was changed, in relevant part, to "...you may have Cryptoplasm become a copy ..., except it has this ability", making it clear that the ability mentioned in that text is part of Cryptoplasm's copiable values, so that it can be copied by other copy effects (C.R. 706.9a, 706.2).

How does this work with Clone?
And how does that differ with Evil Twin, Cryptoplasm, Phyrexian Metamorph, and Progenitor Mimic?
And while we're at it, there's some shenanigans that can be done with Progenitor Mimic making copies of itself but I don't remember what it is.
