I have celebrant out on the field. I dash in flamerush from my hand. To get infinite combat steps I believe I can exert the celebrant then attack along with my flamerush. My only concern is the "exile the token at the end of combat" clause. So what happens?
Do I have to exert the new token every time to get infinite combat steps? I assume I don't get infinite tokens but just infinite combat steps?

To the people that say that a card needs to be a higher rarity because of Limited... I hate you guys so much. I present to you with this.
You can't Exert the token at all. You Exert as you Declare Attackers. The token is put onto the battlefield "tapped and attacking" which is past the point of it being Declared as an attacker. This is because you must Declare attackers all at once and, since you obviously declared the Rider as an attacker without the token on the battlefield, it wasn't around to be declared as an attacker. You will not get infinite Combat Phases.
So exerted the original celebrant (non token) to get another combat step won't allow me the opportunity to exert the token in my 2nd combat?
No. As you mentioned, the token is exiled at the End of Combat. Since the current Combat Phase has an End of Combat Step, the token will be gone before the next Combat Phase begins.
