Would appreciate a couple of clarifications on Glyph Keeper:
1. If my opponent casts Fumigate when Glyph Keeper is on the battlefield, it dies, correct?
2. If I cast Glyph Keeper and my opponent casts Essence Scatter (targeting Glyph Keeper when it is on the stack), Glyph Keeper is countered because its static ability only works when it's on the battlefield, correct?
1. Fumigate doesn't use the word "target [something]" (or contain any keywords that do), so it has no targets ("all creatures" doesn't target anything) (C.R. 115.1a, 115.9), so Glyph Keeper doesn't become the target of Fumigate this way, so its triggered ability won't trigger.
2. Glyph Keeper's triggered ability doesn't trigger here either: that ability can work on the battlefield and doesn't mention another zone where it works, so it works only on the battlefield (C.R. 113.6).
EDIT (Nov. 14, 2019): Correctness edit. Some rules were renumbered with Core Set 2020.
Would the card "Prey upon" work against Glyph Keeper? For example Prey upon reads "Target creature you control fights target creature you don't control." It's not really being the target of a spell if I'm just assigning a creature to fight it. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

"Target creature you control fights target creature you don't control." Those are absolutely targets.
114.1a An instant or sorcery spell is targeted if its spell ability identifies something it will affect by using the phrase “target [something],” where the “something” is a phrase that describes an object, player, or zone. The target(s) are chosen as the spell is cast; see rule 601.2c. (If an activated or triggered ability of an instant or sorcery uses the word target, that ability is targeted, but the spell is not.)

Why bother with mere rulings when so many answers can be found in the Rules?

When asking a new question you should start a new thread.
Yes Glyph Keeper is being targeted by Prey Upon. Prey Upon uses the word target for each creature
Target creature you control fights target creature you don't control.
Compare it to something like Ezuri's Predation. Prey Upon uses the word target twice, once for your creature and once for you opponents creature, both need to be able to be targeted for it to work. While Predation doesn't use the word target at all so you simply assign which specific beast fights which creature there is no targeting.

Unlike Fumigate, Prey Upon does have targets — "[t]arget creature you control" and "target creature you don't control" (C.R. 115.1a) — but Glyph Keeper's first ability will trigger if Glyph Keeper becomes either target of Prey Upon (provided it wasn't the target of another spell or ability yet this turn) (C.R. 603.2, 601.2c), not just if all the targets of a spell are Glyph Keeper (which is generally not possible in the case of Prey Upon) (compare Glyph Keeper with Ink-Treader Nephilim or Mirrorwing Dragon).

I saw the AI casting Dark Salvation (EMN) and targeting Glyph Keeper in Magic Duels and it worked (it was the first time the Glyph was targeted). I tried it too and it also worked on my first attempt (on both PC and iOS). Is there a subtlety I'm missing or is this a bug ?

There is no bug here. Glyph Keeper was a target of Dark Salvation this way, so its triggered ability will trigger. It doesn't matter whether Dark Salvation targeted another object or player in addition to Glyph Keeper.

When you say "it worked", do you mean the spell was allowed to resolve uncountered?
'cause that would be a bug indeed.
Yes, "it worked" means the Glyph Keeper got those -1/-1 counters while its glowing yellow shield was on. No other spell or ability has targeted the Keeper before Dark Salvation.
