1st question:
Is it true you can remove attacking creature(s) from combat after resolving combat damage? So I can destroy some enemy's blocker(s) and than untap my attacking creature for zero mana cost?
2nd question:
That zero cost is little bit confusing, but it's normal activating ability with activate cost, so can I realy remove from combat all (10 for example) my attacking creatures for zero mana cost?
Reconnaissance's ability can target any "attacking creature you control", even after it has assigned combat damage, and even during the end of combat step (C.R. 115.1c). An attacking creature remains an attacking creature for the rest of the combat phase unless it's removed from combat (C.R. 506.4, 511.3; see also C.R. 508.1k); dealing combat damage doesn't remove it from combat, however (C.R. 506.4, 510.2). See also this thread. Also, because that ability's cost is 0, you can activate it as many times as you like, as long as you can target an "attacking creature you control" each time (C.R. 118.5, 118.5a, 602.2b, 601.2c); see also this thread.
EDIT (Jul. 16): Some rules were renumbered with Core Set 2020.
If people are sick of reading about stuff just stop taking part. You have 100% control over what you read. Simic Ascendancy isn't going to get banned just because you didn't tell someone to shut up on the internet.
Say I attack with Ghired, Conclave Exile and I get the populate and attacking trigger, can I untap the new creature? Or does it only apply to creature who was declared attacking (Like how they get around Ghostly Prison)

Reconnaissance's ability can target any "attacking creature you control", whether it was declared as an attacker, or because it entered the battlefield attacking (C.R. 508.4), or otherwise (C.R. 115.1c). Thus, that ability can target an attacking token you control created with Ghired. See also this thread.
508.3a An ability that reads “Whenever [a creature] attacks, . . .” triggers if that creature is declared as an attacker. (…) Such abilities won’t trigger if a creature is put onto the battlefield attacking.
508.4. If a creature is put onto the battlefield attacking, (…). Such creatures are “attacking” but, for the purposes of trigger events and effects, they never “attacked.”
There is a clean up step that is part of Combat that is after damage is dealt
I seldom care about precise terminology, but since there actually is a Cleanup Step…
The (real) Cleanup Step is not part of Combat, but rather part of the Ending Phase, at the very end of the turn of a player. See rules 511 & 514 for details.
But you are right on the important part: Reconnaissance can indeed be used during End Of Combat Step, right after creatures have dealt damage.
(it should be noted that the very same result can be achieved DURING the Combat Damage Step; see rules 510.2 & 510.3)
You also are right about the errataed-errata.

And yes it applies to any number of creatures because it is a free ability to use.
There was a kerfuffle not that long ago when they changed the errata for this but then quickly changed it back it was strange.

Always check the latest Gatherer text and rulings.

Similar rules exist for blocking creatures.
