I have Wort, the Raidmother and several Goblin tokens on the battlefield, and Increasing Vengeance in the graveyard.
I cast Second Harvest, conspire it, then flashback Increasing Vengeance and conspire it.
Does the conspire copy of the flashbacked Vengeance copy Second Harvest once or twice?
Also, how many Second Harvests end up resolving from this stack, assuming no counterspells?
The copy of Increasing Vengeance was not cast from a graveyard. It was not cast at all. The copy does count as having had its flashback cost paid, but that isn't the question that the text asks.
Five spells with Second Harvest's characteristics will go onto the Stack. Original, conspire copy, two from Increasing Vengeance, one from the Vengeance copy.

If a spell has conspire, it triggers only when that spell is cast, not when that spell is copied (whether by conspire itself, by Increasing Vengeance, or otherwise) (C.R. 603.2, 706.10). Thus, in this scenario, a conspire ability will trigger, at most, only when Second Harvest is cast and when Increasing Vengeance is cast.
Moreover, since a copy of Increasing Vengeance isn't cast (C.R. 706.10), it doesn't count as having been "cast from a graveyard", even if the original was cast from a graveyard.
Here's how this scenario can play out:
It's your turn. You control Wort, one other green creature, and two red creatures, all of which are untapped.
You cast Second Harvest. Its conspire ability triggers.
All players pass, then conspire resolves. You tap two untapped green creatures to copy Second Harvest.
You cast Increasing Vengeance from your graveyard for its flashback cost, and target the original Second Harvest. Its conspire ability triggers.
All players pass, then conspire resolves. You tap two untapped red creatures to copy Increasing Vengeance.
All players pass, then the Increasing Vengeance copy resolves. You copy Second Harvest once, since the copy of Increasing Vengeance doesn't count as having been "cast from a graveyard".
All players pass, then the Second Harvest copy resolves.
All players pass, then the original Increasing Vengeance resolves. You copy Second Harvest twice, since the original Increasing Vengeance does count as having been "cast from a graveyard".
All players pass, then one Second Harvest copy from Increasing Vengeance resolves.
All players pass, then the other Second Harvest copy from Increasing Vengeance resolves.
All players pass, then the Second Harvest copy due to conspire resolves.
All players pass, then the original Second Harvest resolves.
I cast Second Harvest, conspire it, then flashback Increasing Vengeance and conspire it.
