Teysa triggers on a creature dying (going to the graveyard from the battlefield.
Kalitas replaces dying with exiling - notice the words "if... would die, instead..." This means the creature never actually dies - it never goes to the graveyard, and it therefore never triggers Teysa at all.

Teysa has no triggered abilities, just two static ones. The first creates a replacement effect, the other grants abilities.
yea but doesnt the replacement trigger due to the death? (no death means no replacement) so shouldnt it trigger twice ? and if so, can it be twice with just one creature there to be exiled ?

Neither card has any triggered abilities. Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet causes things not to die ("If...WOULD die...INSTEAD"). It's a replacement effect that precludes any triggered abilities being triggered by the affected creatures dying in the first place, because effects that would make them die instead exile them and make a token.

Replacement effects don't trigger, ever. They replace an event.
Teysa wants to replace a trigger that is caused by something dying.
Kalitas replaces something dying by putting it in exile instead.
Dying only ever means "goes from the battlefield to the graveyard." Since nothing is dying, nothing triggers from something dying, so Teysa has nothing to replace.
i am not sure with the interaction of Teysa Karlov and Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet
do i get 2 token or just 1 cause the creature is already exiled and i cant exile it twice
