Hi,
I've got 2 questions :
- I've Heartless Summoning in play and a non-creature artifact. I put Arcbound Ravager Can i avtivate Arcbound capacity in response of the -1/-1 ?
- The other question is on Karn, the Great Creator. If i transform a artifact in creature artifact and it dies. Does it dies as a creature ?
1) You cannot. There's nothing to respond to, as Heartless Summoning has a static ability. These do not use the stack and just always apply.
2) Yes, abilities that check something as it leaves the battlefield uses that object's last known information. So for example an animated Dingus Staff will trigger its own ability.
1. In this case, assuming Arcbound Ravager entered with only one +1/+1 counter on it, Arcbound Ravager will be 0/0 as soon as it's on the battlefield (C.R. 613.3c-d, 611.3c, 613.4) and die as a state-based action (C.R. 704.5f), making its modular ability trigger (C.R. 603.2, 702.42a) (but it will die this way before any player gets priority to activate abilities, including Arcbound Ravager's activated ability [C.R. 116.3b, 116.5, 116.1b]). However, Arcbound Ravager will still have had a +1/+1 counter at the last moment it's on the battlefield; when you put the modular ability on the stack, you target an artifact creature (C.R. 702.42a, 603.3d, 601.2c), and you choose to put as many +1/+1 counters on it as Arcbound Ravager last had — here, one — when the ability resolves (C.R. 112.7a, 603.5, 702.42a). See also this thread.
2. For the purposes of abilities that trigger whenever "a creature dies", if a permanent that has become an "artifact creature" dies, it does so as a creature (C.R. 603.2, 205.1b, 700.4, 603.6c, 603.10, 603.10a; see also this thread).

No. The -1/-1 comes from a continuous effect generated by a static ability, it is applied instantly. There is never a time when a creature is on the battlefield under your control where it is not yet applied.
- The other question is on Karn, the Great Creator. If i transform a artifact in creature artifact and it dies. Does it dies as a creature ?
The permanent will be both an artifact and a creature. "Dies" triggers trigger based on the game state right before the permanent went to the graveyard. Since it was a creature at that time, a creature died.
