Spell costs are calcultated starting with the mana cost or alternative cost, then applying additional costs, the cost increases, then cost reductions, then Trinisphere. With an alternative cost of WUBRG and a cost reduction of WUBRG the spell will thus cost 0.
I'm thinking no because Jodah's ability sets up an alternate cost and Morophon's just reduces the casting cost.
Same question for the "Bringers of" creatures.
