For the purposes of Corpsejack Menace and Winding Constrictor, counters are "put" on an object if the effect says "put ... counter(s)", "move ... counter(s)" (C.R. 122.5), "double the number of ... counter(s)" (C.R. 701.9e), or "enter(s)" or "put ... onto" or "return ... to" "the battlefield ... with ... counter(s)" (C.R. 122.6).
The answer to your question, however, depends on when Corpsejack Menace or Winding Constrictor is given a +1/+1 counter due to Unholy Indenture as far as the game is concerned. If either of them is given a +1/+1 counter this way—
before it enters the battlefield, its continuous effect won't apply at that time (see also C.R. 603.6b), so that that creature is not given any +1/+1 counters beyond the one that Unholy Indenture gives it.
while or after it enters the battlefield, its continuous effect will work to increase the number of +1/+1 counters given to it this way.
However, until this question is resolved, based on how Eli Shiffrin answered in a similar case, yes, Corpsejack Menace's and Winding Constrictor's effects will work and give them additional +1/+1 counters based on the one given to them by Unholy Indenture.
EDIT: But see comment 3.
EDIT (Jul. 22, 2021): Edited.
Both Menace and Constrictor work the same here, so anytime I say Menace, I mean both cards
I would argue that Menace does not give itself double counters (for the same reason Melira, Sylvok Outcast doesn't stop counters from being put on her from Persist). This is from:
614.4. Replacement effects must exist before the appropriate event occurs--they can't "go back in time" and change something that's already happened. Spells or abilities that generate these effects are often cast or activated in response to whatever would produce the event and thus resolve before that event would occur.
Where the ability is not in effect yet since the Menace is not on the field when it gets the counter (it gets it "as it enters") and the ability needs to apply before the effect which it can't since it is not on the field yet.
Also, this rule (cropped to the more important bit), which allows Mowu, Loyal Companion to work the way your answer suggest Menace works:
614.12. Some replacement effects modify how a permanent enters the battlefield. (See rules 614.1c-d.) Such effects may come from the permanent itself if they affect only that permanent (as opposed to a general subset of permanents that includes it). [...]
Because Menace does not only apply to itself, it can't apply to itself as it is entering; it needs to be on the field first which is isn't in this case. The question about Growth Chamber Guardian is a completely different situation and has no bearing on how this situation works.
2/9/2017 Winding Constrictor’s effect can’t apply to itself as it’s entering the battlefield or to any other permanent entering the battlefield at the same time as it.
Corpsejack Menace has no such ruling, but it follows the same rules so the same is true for it.
