So I was just playing an MTGA Brawl match, and was confused by a ruling the game made. My opponent had just played a boardwipe card, Realm-Cloaked Giant//Cast Off, and then all of a sudden, my Commander popped back out onto the battlefield. Is this a rule of Brawl of which I was not aware, a card effect I didn't know was in play (No trigger was put on the stack that I saw.), or just some random glitch in the system?
Did a non-Giant creature exile your commander "until [that creature] leaves the battlefield"? If so, then your commander will return to the battlefield immediately after that creature leaves the battlefield (whether due to Cast Off or otherwise), even if your commander moved to the command zone rather than to exile when it was exiled this way (C.R. 400.7, 610.3, 400.7h; review C.R. 903.9; see also this thread). This is not specific to the Brawl option, however (review C.R. 903.11).
EDIT (Jul. 2, 2020): Edited to conform to rule update with Core Set 2021; the rules changed so that a commander that's exiled doesn't necessarily go to the command zone immediately.
My Commander was in the Command Zone. That's why I was so confused.
What peteroupc is asking is whether, by chance, your commander was last sent to the command zone by something like Deputy of Detention (that's the only non-giant creature with this effect that's currently standard-legal that I am aware of, but I know Arena Brawl introduced some cards from outside standard recently, might be something else worded similar). If so, that would explain the interaction. Despite you choosing to put your commander in the command zone rather than exile, Deputy of Detention's effect still tracks it there and brings it back to the battlefield if the Deputy leaves. That's really how it works. Absent this, this looks like a bug, I see no other reason why it would happen.

I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
