No. You are still tapping the Forest for just 1 mana. This, however, leads to the triggered mana ability of the Sprawl to also producing mana (so the Sprawl is producing the second mana, not the land). So you have two mana abilities here, each producing one mana, and only one of which actually is tapping a land for mana.
