If I steal a creature card from my opponent with a theft card such as Wrangle the attach equipment such as Dead-Iron Sledge to said creature.
At the end of the turn, my opponent gets his creature card back. At this time, what happens to the Dead Iron Sledge (or any other equipment I attached to said creature)? Who control the equipment after the creature is returned?
My argument is that if the exchange were the other way, the equipment would remain under control of the one who cast it, but the equipment would be attached to the stolen creature. This is clear in Wizards rulings.
Thus, when the creature is returned, it will keep the Dead Iron Sledge attached to the opponents creature.
Using card tags is mandatory in the Magic Rulings forum. Please check your private messages to learn how to use them. I've added them for this post.

When your Wrangle effect ends at end of turn, you will still control your Dead-Iron Sledge but it will be attached to an opponent's creature. The opponent gaining control of their creature causes the equipment to neither "fall off" nor go under their control.

The equipment remains attached to the creature. But you still control the equipment.
You can use its Equip ability to transfer it to a creature you control.
Rule 301.5d: An Equipment’s controller is separate from the equipped creature’s controller; the two need not be the same. Changing control of the creature doesn’t change control of the Equipment, and vice versa. (...)
When opponent gets their creature back, Sledge does not fall off, because:
