Text question: Obosh, the Preypiercer restricts your "starting deck" to only odd cmc cards and lands. Does this mean on game 2, you could sideboard in "even" cmc cards since it's no longer your starting deck?
Or is it simply stating that you could pull a card from the sideboard midgame with even cmc as long as you started with only odd cmc during any game (I don't know if odd cmc exists that can pull from the sideboard anyways lol)?
Your "starting deck" refers to the deck you present at the start of each game during a match. So, if you sideboard in even CMC cards in game 2, you can't declare Obosh as your companion for that game.
You could, in theory, get even CMC cards from your sideboard into the game after it's started even if Obosh is your companion, because those cards weren't part of your starting deck.
702.138b If a companion ability refers to your starting deck, it refers to your deck after you’ve set aside any sideboard cards. In a Commander game, this is also before you’ve set aside your commander.
So with Obosh, if you play him as your companion for a game in a match, your deck for that game has to consist of only odd CMC cards and lands. Even CMCs can exist in the sideboard. If you sideboard in an even CMC card for a subsequent game in the match, you cannot declare Obosh as your companion for that game, but you can play him normally in that game by including him in your deck.

Thank you for your help!

Commander/EDH Decks:
BRG The Blood of Jund - Kresh the Bloodbraided BRG
WR The Blades of Goldnight - Gisela, Blade of Goldnight WR
