Gyruda, Doom of Depths Trigger and Blightsteel Colossus or Kozilek, Butcher of Truth. Not sure how the demon kraken's ETB would work with either of these cards. I have a suspicion that Blightsteel is not an eligible target for Gyruda because it has a replacement effect so it would never touch the graveyard but what about Kozi? Also if my suspicion on Blightsteel is wrong, please make my day and tell me so!

Your suspicion about Colossus is correct, it never touches the graveyard, its ability's replacement effect puts it in the library instead. By the time you do the second part of Gyruda's ability and select creatures to animate, it's already in the library and untouchable. However, something like Kozilek is perfectly elligible, because his graveyard shuffle triggered ability doesn't go on the stack until Gyruda's ability is done resolving. The rest of that player's graveyard will still be shuffled afterwards, but Kozilek will be on the battlefield under your control by then.

I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
The card does not need to hit the graveyard to be eligible for Gyruda, Doom of Depths.
But for shuffling the card back the answer is still you cant pick it.
But to clarify:
From Gatherer:
17.04.2020 If a replacement effect causes a player to exile the top four cards of their library instead of putting them into their graveyard as Gyruda’s triggered ability resolves, the creature card you choose may be one of those cards in exile.
So if the creatures are exiled by say a Leyline of the Void or Rest in Peace you could still pick the creature from exile that was milled.
----
Being shuffled in the library however prevents it from being picked up, as its a hidden zone and the card gets lost in the library (even if for whatever reason your library is revealed, like the top card and the card ends up visible, still considered a hidden zone).
