No. While the Dryad increases your maximum land play count by one, Muldrotha still only lets you play one land from the graveyard per turn. So you may play a land from the graveyard via Muldrotha and another from somewhere else (usually the hand, but anywhere if another effect lets you do so), but not two lands from the graveyard, not with only these two cards involved.
An exception would be a land with another permanent type like artifact (Tree of Tales) but that would use up your chance to play an artifact from your graveyard.
