None of those circumstances prevent you from choosing that creature from your hand and putting it on the battlefield. There is no target and it will resolve as much as possible. So the creature will come into play and deathrender will remain unattached.
Hmm... ok. For some reason I remember rulings here being made that said that if "You may [X] and [Y]", you couldn't choose to [X] if [Y] was impossible (and vice versa).

From Gatherer:
10/1/2007 If the creature you put onto the battlefield can't be equipped by Deathrender (due to protection from artifacts, for example), the creature enters the battlefield but Deathrender remains unattached.
Equipped meanst that the creature has an equipment attachded to it same as enchanted means having an aura attached. The is no way of getting equipment onto a goblin brawler as shown in the gatherer rulings

12/1/2004 You can activate an equip ability that targets Goblin Brawler, but the Equipment will fail to move onto it.

Goblin Brawler. Since it can't be equipped, can I even choose it with Deathrender's ability?
Tel-Jilad Chosen. Same as above?
Pristine Angel. Under most circumstances, it'll come into play with protection from artifacts. Does this prevent me from choosing it?
