Resolving Time Stop causes (among other things) the game to advance directly to the cleanup step. If Time Stop resolves during the cleanup step, does a new one begin (i.e., "advancing to the cleanup step" actually means beginning a cleanup step), or does the turn actually end right then and there (i.e., "advancing to the cleanup step" means what it says on the tin, and since you're already there the turn is over)?
Just to imagine some contrived scenario where this might actually happen -- There's a Megrim out, I'm at 2 life, and I have to discard a card during cleanup. I'll Time Stop in response to the trigger to save myself from losing.

Remember, kids: Never fight with Flashback, 'cause Flashback always wins.
The current clean-up step will end and there will be a second clean-up step(and more if needed).

712.1c The current phase and/or step ends. The game skips straight to the cleanup step. Skip any phases or steps between this phase or step and the cleanup step.

Time Stop exiles all objects on the stack and makes the game go straight to a cleanup step. If it's cast during the cleanup step, it makes a new cleanup step start.
This works in "countering" Megrim's ability anyway, since it's removed from the stack, and in the second cleanup step, you presumably don't have to discard again since you should be at 7 cards.

I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
