Does Psychosis Crawler die when Archivist activates its ability? Is it possible to stack everything so that the Crawler survives? Does the Crawler's passive ability trigger off of the Archivist's card draw?
There is no stacking to be done, but the Crawler will not die. Though it will be 0/0 for a moment in the middle of the ability's resolution, state-based actions (SBAs) will not be checked until the ability has completely resolved and the active player would receive priority. At that time, the players have already drawn cards and the Crawler is presumably no longer 0/0. And yes, because the Crawler does not die mid-resolution, its ability will trigger from the drawing of cards during the ability's resolution. Those abilities will go on the stack just after SBAs are checked and before the active player gets priority.

Pychosis Crawler's P/T setting ability is a characteristic-defining ability (and not a triggered ability). It functions at all times in all zones. So even during the resolution of Jace's Archivist's ability the Crawler's P/T will briefly be 0/0.
However, state-based actions are not checked during the resolution of an ability. This means that although the Crawler will have a toughness of 0 for the briefest of moments, SBAs won't be checked until after the Archivist's ability has finished resolving. By then the Crawler's P/T won't be 0/0 (unless you somehow don't draw any cards).
W may only be paid with white mana. U may only be paid with blue mana. B may only be paid with black mana. R may only be paid with red mana. G may only be paid with green mana. C may only be paid with colorless mana. 1 may be paid with white, blue, black, red, green, or clolorless mana.
I had this question because i read that State Based Actions are checked after players get priority, so, in the first case with Jace's Archivist, no player will get priority until the ability resolves completlely, thus SBAs are only checked after you get cards in your hand.
However, if something triggered when you have zero cards in your hand, priority will be given to the non active player then passed back to the active player, and i tought SBAs would be checked at this time, killing Psycosis Crawler.
That isn't correct. Even though the ability triggers immediately, it will wait to go on the stack until the next time a player would receive priority (which is after the ability of Jace's Archivist finishes resolving). It doesn't force someone to get priority immediately.
603.3. Once an ability has triggered, its controller puts it on the stack as an object that's not a card the next time a player would receive priority.
Veiled Crocodile reads "When a player has no cards in hand..." This is a state trigger.
603.8. Some triggered abilities trigger when a game state (such as a player controlling no permanents of a particular card type) is true, rather than triggering when an event occurs. These abilities trigger as soon as the game state matches the condition. They’ll go onto the stack at the next available opportunity. These are called state triggers. (Note that state triggers aren’t the same as state-based actions.) A state-triggered ability doesn’t trigger again until the ability has resolved, has been countered, or has otherwise left the stack. Then, if the object with the ability is still in the same zone and the game state still matches its trigger condition, the ability will trigger again.
The card triggers immediately (it doesn't wait for SBAs to trigger as the rule says nothing about SBAs), but it doesn't go on the stack until a player would receive priority. It will trigger during the resolution of the ability and will go on the stack after the ability resolves.
