Can I draw for my turn, revealing a Miracle, and responding to the Miracle trigger by activating a fetchland to produce the mana needed to cast that Miracle?
Oh, I thought he was talking about playing a spell that is countering a spell with counters on it as it comes into play, but I see you guys were just discussing whether he was flashing a creature with flash in order to flash a flashback or just flashing a creature with flash but not needing flash in order to flashback a spell without flash.
I was just curious, because it seems ambiguous where the card actually IS as the miracle trigger goes on the stack: obviously the correct answer is it triggers from your hand as you reveal it, but it's certainly possible that someone might argue it triggers from the library, in which case I would shuffle away the miracle itself with the fetch.

702.92a. Miracle is a static ability linked to a triggered ability (see rule 603.10). "Miracle [cost]" means "You may reveal this card from your hand as you draw it if it's the first card you've drawn this turn. When you reveal this card this way, you may cast it by paying [cost] rather than its mana cost."
When the miracle trigger is put on the stack the card is technically in your hand. Guidelines stipulate that you keep the first drawn card separate from your hand until you decide to reveal it or not just to prevent shenanigans.
