If I play Angel of Glory's Rise to bring back Fiend Hunter and set up the combo in standard what happens if someone killes hunter? Is there a time they could do it to keep the Angel exiled forever or will it always come back?
Thanks
"Set of the combo is standard"? What is that supposed to mean?
Regarding the actual rules question, if they kill the Fiend Hunter in response to its ETB trigger, the LTB trigger will resolve and do nothing (there is no creature card currently being exiled by Fiend Hunter), then the ETB trigger will resolve.
The key point being missed out is that since Fiend Hunter's trigger is a "may" trigger, you can always choose not to exile the Angel if this happens. However, if you do exile the Angel anyway, it will be permanently gone with no way to get it back outside of something like Pull from Eternity.
