No, you can have Reverberate target your Epic Experiment, but it won't resolve until Experiment has so it will be countered due to lack of a legal target.
No, once you start revealing cards, Epic Experiment is already resolving. I'm not sure you can even do as much as target it at that point (though even if you can, as the poster above said, it's not going to do anything)... But you do get to Reverberate whichever of the 23 other spells gives your opponent the biggest headache.
I might be a bit off here though, I would also appreciate some clarification. Now I'm wondering, if you EE'd into Remand and another Epic Experiment, could you cast the second one (X=0) and Remand it? I believe that works..
Yes, that works. The second EE will have x=0 but it will remain functionally the same as the first until it begins to resolve. Simply put the revealed EE on the bottom of the stack then Remand anywhere on top.
The ability to target the resolving EE is important sometimes such as when you reveal a counterspell and you don't want to counter something you show.
